Employees are usually nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is the long lines. No matter how many cashiers are working , there is always a long line. Parking can be really challenging during the weekends. Sometimes it is really hard to find a parking spot. It is better to park close to Burger King since that area usually is not that crowded.

The balloon are in the middle of the store right when you walk inside. They had some great choices and you don't have to pay for the helium, just for the balloon themselves. The prices will vary depending on which one you get. I asked an employees if I can purchase the balloon first and then come back to get it filled with helium but she told me it's better to do it all at once. So I'll come back on Saturday morning to do that. I also decided to walk around the store since I also had to use the bathroom. The bathroom is toward the back of the store but it was closed for whatever reason. I saw that this Michael store now has a self checkout station, they didn't have that before. I used to work at a big name art supply store, we were always fully staffed. The days we weren't, were a nightmare. Michaels needs to do better by their employees. I bought a bunch of yarn and to be honest, I'm just going to return it. I don't feel it's worth it to shop here anymore. I ask Bill where the wax is, and he answered me in a sarcastic and playful way, all while two other people were asking him for help as well. I then asked him about a specific artificial flower and he helped me rummage through them, but they were ultimately not there. THEN, HE FOUND ME IN THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE STORE HOLDING THE ONES THAT I WANTED, AS WELL AS ANOTHER SIMILAR ONE. I told him that I did like one, and I went with him to get some more. During this time, he is also making funny remarks and keeping up banter. Bill is the type of guy that makes people feel like they have known him forever.
