I really don't get here as much as I'd like to, but they by far have the cleanest and best coffee in the area. And the price is very affordable too for anyone. It's quick and easy to get there as well. I need to try more stuff from them, but they always have decent coffee selections/brands and offer it up whenever I go there. They were one of the first places in the area to offer a quick curbside pick-up during covid and I'm glad to see they are still around doing business. Dropped my kids off at dance class and thought I'd try this cafe for a matcha latte (based on the high reviews). It was busy, and there was a line behind me. I ordered my latte and waited. One person after me ordered a bubble tea, and a group of 3 ordered bubble tea after. 5 mins later the lady who ordered after me got her bubble tea..waited another 10 mins and the group of 3 got theirs as well. Umm hello?!? Asked them if my matcha latte is coming and they said soon...sooo 5 mins after that it came out with a "sorry about that" from the woman making it. Didn't know bubble tea orders took priority- I figured common sense and common courtesy would always make the orders based on first come first serve basis? Guess not here. A great spot - tucked away in a shopping plaza but worth a visit! I haven't even tried their specialty drinks yet which everyone I've observed seems to order (lattes, bubble teas, etc.) but their drip and pour over coffees are wonderful. Fresh and a good price. As mentioned earlier a better deal than what you'd pay for in a national chain coffee shop. But the atmosphere is pleasant - clean, spacious, cool artwork and decor on the walls. Another great cafe find! The cafe is located in an unsuspecting plaza, where I wouldn't imagine a good coffee place of this caliber would be. I ordered a medium almond milk latte, which I asked for with unsweetened almond milk. Perfect amount of foam, though I do wish it were a little warmer. It might of been my fault because I couldn't help but to take a few photos before diving in. I also ordered a small matcha latte, this time with sweetened almond milk and again, perfect taste. I'm glad I got the matcha latte with sweetened almond milk because matcha can be a bit bitter. It wasn't overly sweet either, which is what I've experienced with many other matcha lattes. The place is relatively quiet, and has more than enough tables so if you're doing work, you can find your own space and make use of their free wifi. Great selection of drinks and pastries. I had the single origin Honduras coffee which was smooth with citrus undertones. I later had the mango bubble tea which was spectacular. The prices were appropriate for the excellent quality drinks. The environment was relaxed with lots of space to work and chat, and the music was fantastic as well. Menu was limited to basic coffee and some asian/taiwanese drinks but the fact everything was hand-crafted and personally picked was great. Came here to get some work done while visiting my boyfriend's family. There were plenty of tables and outlets, which was great. The coffee was delicious and spot on, and the baristas/staff were very nice. One of them swung by my table and dropped off one of those "buy x amount, get one free" punch card with two punches (how many coffees I had consumed!)- super thoughtful. They had some food options like quiche and croissants, but it would have been nice to have had some more options- hopefully coming one day! They did have bubble tea but I didn't give it a try. Great coffee shop with a really nice ambiance. Came here because I was looking for a place to study and it did not disappoint. I came here almost weekly and have tried the white chocolate mocha, matcha green tea latte, bubble tea, and cappuccino. Everything was so good. They also have sandwiches and snacks. I never thought there would be a bubble tea cafe this far out in Somerset county but there it was, Cafe Brio, nestled in a small strip mall almost completely obstructed by CVS. The staff are genuinely friendly and the cashier, was bubbly and very sweet. The interiors are beautiful, muted colors and decorated with whimsical plants. very sweet, and the bubble tea I ordered, black sesame, was creamy, refreshing and delicious. I got it for here, and this meant putting the drink in a tall glass mason jar. They also have iced juices and hot and iced coffee and expresso. Will definitely come again! read more
