The minute I walked in I knew I came to the right place. It really took me back to those nostalgic days with those familiar smells I grew up loving. Everything is made fresh, and to order at K&S Italian specialties. I wound up buying their pasta salad, fresh Italian bread, imported dry pasta and cookies. This place was busy and I saw many people ordering their different types of sandwiches which are large. I love that they have a sandwich with chicken cutlet, broccoli rabe and fresh mozzarella. They make all different kinds of pasta dishes and they do catering too. As I walked around I noticed they have wonderful imported soppressatas, ( dry cured salami's) fresh pastas,and dry pastas, imported olive oils, balsamic's , Italian cookies, delicious Italian breads. Imported meats and cheeses. They sell beautiful imported dishes and platters from Italy. The staff is very friendly and a lot of locals come here. I highly recommend this store

When you walk in, they have various goods (e.g., olive oil, pasta) on the right wall and the meat and cheese cases on the left. There were several workers behind the counter so I did not have to wait long to place my order. I ordered the sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar. It's normally a 20 minute drive home but because of the rain, it took nearly 30. When we got home, the sub was not soaked to the point where the bread was falling apart, which shows they add just enough and the bread is sturdy. It was just as good as I remember it. I wish I could find someplace similar closer to home but don't mind the drive back to K&S.

I noticed decaf coffee, regular, French vanilla and a cappuccino machine. They also offer a refrigerated section with lots of options of soft drinks. It's an old school style deli but still has a couple small booths if you would like to sit in. The paint color was a pretty light blue and had a sign with a nice prayer to the Lord. I felt like I was somewhere by the shore and this was relaxing. Would be really cute in the morning for a breakfast. I can imagine that they get very busy. I was missing my pickle as I usually have a pickle that comes with my wraps. I also felt like the wraps were a bit small and didn't have a lot of chicken but felt satisfied with the ingredients. **A recommendation that I would have is to not spray the coffee counter with the cleaning chemicals as people are eating when it's not absolutely necessary. I really respect that it's clean but for those eating to have those fumes, especially with allergies can be disruptive. When I got in the car, my face was flushed a little red because I'm sensitive to the harsh chemicals.

There was a lunchtime line when I arrived. I got through it in 5 short minutes.

However, I noticed the feature has been turned off in the Clover App for several weeks now, and I figured since it was midday Saturday, it would be safe. Wrong. Several people that came after me got their food before, and what normally takes 3-4 min, took almost 12. Plus my order had to be remade because the lady prepping it accidentally toasted the bagel. I wrote it off as an off day, but came back on Sunday and had a similar experience. Needless to say, I'll keep coming here because the facility is super clean and I love their food, I just hope they get it together and reopen the Order Ahead option!
