Only reason people come here is because they have cheap prices and cheap prices = Shitty work. One of the guys said this couldn't be fixed and it's supposed to look like this in the picture. Also they leave the water dried up on your door panels and don't wipe them off. Far as professionalism, it's not there at all. 100% you will be disappointed with their work. read more

They offer fair prices and explained the curing process of tint and if after 2 weeks if I notice imperfections to bring my vehicle back and they correct it. Professional, friendly and great customer service. I found EMJ through Yelp and the Compustar website as a Pro dealer. After calling around, I chose EMJ based on their price and location. I was installing the newest Two Way Remote Start w/Drone from Compustar the R5 with LTE. This was a big investment for me and modification to my new car so I was a little nervous. I was put to ease quickly when I arrived for my appointment and started talking with one of the employees in the lobby. His name was Oscar and he was very knowledgeable on the R5. It turned out he was also the technician who was going to install my Remote starter. As I showed Oscar my car, I asked him about their window tinting service. Since my Honda Pilot had factory installed tinted windows but not in the front two windows I was interested in having them tinted. Oscar was very polite and confident in their service. Their price was a little lower than another quote I received so I decided to have my windows tinted as well. EMJ has a very nice and clean facility with a nice waiting lounge. As I was waiting, I talked to two different customers also waiting, both were repeat customers from some distance, one lived downtown Chicago. They both chose EMJ based on the superior service and value. I was more confident I made the right choice going with EMJ! Eric and Oscar took their time walking me through the remote starter and how to use it. The windows look awesome and are a perfect match to my factory installed tinted windows. The Compustar R5 is an excellent remote starter. I absolutely love the proximity sensor which automatically unlocks the doors when walk up to the vehicle...so nice when you have your hands full and cool even when you don't. The Drone App is also awesome and easy to use. Gives you control over your vehicle from any distance and tells you the inside temperature of your car along with status such as engine running and doors locked. It even tells you the strength of your car battery! The remote fobs are small and well designed with a 2 mile range. Having two way confirmation is really nice and worth the investment.
