John is an amazing, caring, expert technician. He went way beyond what I would expect from anyone. I called him on a Friday evening at 7:25 pm because we had a full, unopened bottle of red wine break inside a bag and soak into the seats and onto the carpet of my brand new car. He came out within an hour, extracting and cleaning up this major issue. I'm sure he had a long day at work, but he never mentioned it to me - he just knew I was in trouble, he knew I was very upset, and he wanted to help. This was my first time ever speaking with John. He brought everything he needed to take care of this issue. I didn't need to supply a thing. I also must mention I tried to clean it up myself with a carpet cleaner which was not working well, and it dispensed a ton of soap on my seat. Not only did he clean up the soap mess and wine mess, but when I came out to check on him to see if he needed anything, he was wiping down the inside of my car. He said while he was waiting for some of the chemicals to take affect, he thought he would detail it a little. I was in shock with his caring, compassion, expertise, and love of what he does. To say he is knowledgeable about detailing cars is an understatement. He takes classes and is certified in his profession and explained everything that was happening with the alcohol that was seeping into my seats and how damaging it could be. John the owner has detailed my Acura RDX numerous times over the past few years. His attention to detail and quality of work is outstanding. Exterior: I had numerous small scratches, swirl marks from using the auto car washes and a dull look to the paint. Detail Geek went above and beyond making the exterior look even better than when I purchased the car new. Interior: As a smoker I had a stench of stale cigarette smoke and ash that I never imagined could be reversed. Detail Geek worked some kind of magic and now you could never tell I ever smoked in the car. The leather seats and flooring were expertly cleaned and saved me from having to spend money on replacing the cars original floor mats that had seen a beating over the years. John's a pretty awesome guy I was looking for a detail service after buying my first car I bought a 2004 Subaru WRX from a lady who never cleaned it and it was in pretty nasty shape interior wise. He revealed so much stuff I didn't even know was in/on my car. Now it's like brand new and I couldn't be happier with the results. He came by multiple times to make sure that the car was in good shape so you can tell he really cares about the finished result unlike many other services out there that are fine with taking a pay check and don't care about the result. John has gone above and beyond detailing my car that I use Monday through Sunday. The detail he went to disinfecting the vents and conditioning my leather seats shows that he truly is a detail geek. That's just the interior, the exterior he washed the wheel wells and the inside of the rims! Let me not forget to mention he detailed my exhaust and lug nuts!!!!!
