Bought a cartridge from them that was almost $40--that may not sound like much to some, but to me it is a lot of money. The cartridge literally fell apart within the first two uses--but Emjay says they have a 24 hour return policy. Basically if it didn't break within 24 hours, they won't lift a finger to help. Clever policy but mine didn't break until after that--but it still broke within the first week of use. Actually, I hadn't even puffed on it three times before the bottom fell out. Did Emjay apologize for selling a CLEARLY faulty product? Nope. Also, they said to take it up with the brand. So now I have a completely full, but useless cartridge that I paid for and Emjay won't stand behind the products they sell. I've worked in the 420 business as a budtender and as a delivery driver and when a place is reputable, they will do what they can to make it right, especially if it's the business who is in the wrong. Not Emjay! And because I have worked in the business, I have come across people who will smoke 3/4 of the cartridge and then bring it back saying it jammed. The bottom of this cartridge literally fell out. There is a difference between good business and good management and I didn't see either at Emjay. They lost me as a customer, and while I'm sure they don't care, they should care about how they treat customers who give money to them. There are too many 420 delivery businesses who have the same inventory and better policies. Good luck with your trifling, unethical, greedy business practices Emjay. I just deleted my account with Emjay and I don't think I'll ever be back but I wanted to send in an email to customer service + a review and give A little insight to the departure. Hopefully we can use this for better service to existing customers in the future. them some feedback on my experience with this service. For a loyal customer to spend hundreds up to thousands of dollars with a company and not be rewarded is unacceptable. I don't understand how a company can implement a new "reward system" but not take care of the customers that helped you become successful and get you to the point where a reward system is possible. Placed an order at 7:30pm with delivery between 8:30-10. Waited around just to get an email at 10 Saying that my driver didn't make the cut off time and my order would be moved until the next morning. As someone who relies on their meds this is totally unacceptable. In the two hours I spent waiting for my delivery that never came, I could have gone to get meds somewhere else. I ended up taking them up on their offer to move my delivery till the morning. They told me my delivery will be there between 11 and 12 AM. It should have been 10 AM when they first open but they said they didn't have any available slots. Not sure why they don't automatically move the orders they didn't get to from the night before to the next morning but hey, What do I know? So as I'm sitting here waiting for my meds again, I get a notification saying my delivery has been moved until between 4 and 5 PM. What in the actual hell? This is now the second time that I've been waiting for my meds for an extended period of time just to be told that they're not going to show up. This is completely unacceptable and I definitely will not be ordering from them again. They don't answer their phones and they're very slow to answer the emails. I used to love this service because they have a large variety and good prices but the last 3-4 times I've ordered it's been more difficult in terms of unannounced long waits and issues with the online payment system they continue to use called Hypur. I always spend 10+ minutes trying to pay outside my place. The payment issues have resulted in extra credit card charges every time. This last time 5 dollars extra. Embarrassed I ever recommended this place to anyone. Was decent at first but the service lately has been horrible. Delivery times are completely inaccurate and customer service does literally nothing if they even respond. I can understand a delivery being late a couple times by 5 or 15 minutes but the last few orders have been 30 min to a couple hours late with sometimes no response from customer service and no indication if the delivery is even on its way. I'm over emjay / mcflower all together. Prices are good but the rest of the experience (service, delivery) destroys any advantage emjay/mcflower had in this market.
