The eyeliner faded within a few weeks, and I didn't get a response after canceling the touchup and sharing feedback. Positives: Groupon price was honored, the studio is easy to reach, and parking is convenient. In summary, the results didn't last as expected, and the app made the process frustrating. Better communication and support would improve the experience.
