Instead of telling me to leave the vehicle for several days before a technician could even begin, they started working on it immediately. That is the remarkable part of their business model. They provide the urgency people expect from a quick-service operation, but they are capable of performing serious and complex mechanical repairs. When additional parts were needed, they were able to obtain them from nearby suppliers extremely quickly. In one instance, the replacement drums arrived in roughly 15 minutes, and the technicians continued the repair without unnecessary delay. I also observed other customers arriving with automotive problems and saw the same sense of urgency: diagnose the problem, obtain what is needed, and get to work. There was no attitude of, "Leave it here and maybe we will get to it in a few days." The young leadership and technicians work with tremendous tenacity. If a repair requires another component, another adjustment, or another step, they keep moving forward until the vehicle is properly repaired. I did not have to stand over anyone or repeatedly ask whether the related components were being addressed. They handled the repair comprehensively. Many dealerships and traditional repair shops can keep a vehicle for several days simply because it is waiting in line before anyone begins working on it. Grease Monkey has created something different: bring the vehicle in, get the repair started, obtain the necessary parts quickly, complete the mechanical work, and get the customer back on the road. Their building says, "Done Fast. Done Right." After experiencing their service firsthand, I can say that is more than advertising. It describes how this location operates. For drivers, families, commuters, and businesses with fleet vehicles throughout the Baltimore and Glen Burnie area, this is a shop worth knowing about. Five stars. The service receipt listed Kai and Darryl B as the technicians. Monday morning, while turning onto FDA Boulevard en route to Silver Spring ( nearly an hour away), the vehicle experienced a critical failure. Multiple warning lights illuminated simultaneously, and the engine began to smoke. Upon inspection, the vehicle was found to be completely out of oil. This created an immediate safety hazard and left us stranded roadside. We were forced to coordinate alternate transportation via another fleet vehicle to reach our destination, and ultimately had to obtain a loaner vehicle due to the condition of the van. This incident reflects a serious failure in basic service execution and raises significant concerns regarding whether the oil change was properly completed at all. The level of negligence involved placed occupants at risk and could have resulted in severe engine damage. This experience demonstrates a complete lack of quality control and regard for customer safety. I strongly caution others against trusting this location with their vehicle. Usually I am in and out in less than 30 minutes. Jiffy Lube changes my oil, lets me know what else they may have noticed during the change but don't really try to sell me things I wasn't planning on when I came in. This is a far cry from other quick oil change places I've visited in the past. Price wise, Jiffy Lube seems comparable to other businesses in the area that specialize in fast oil changes. I will continue to visit this place for my oil change needs until they give me a reason not to.

We were told if we came early the tires would be here and that we could get the service done in roughly an hour. (I planned for two at most just for safety, so ballpark 10am). We came right before 8am, and were told the tires are not arriving today until 10am. So we left (walked) and went to a nearby coffee shop to kill time. Came back at 10am to hand off keys (theypicked up keys probably about 10:20am) and it's almost 1pm now and we aren't done yet. The deal to save $30 per tire was nice to replace all 4 (total of $120 savings) was a good value, but the time we spent here has cut into the second half of our day and we have family visiting and staying with us for their birthday brunch (so this much time aside was not in our plans. The man helping us today was courteous and friendly, but this place definitely wont save you time unfortunately. We finished around 1:15pm!
