However, they have continued to contact me since Oct 2023 that I have not paid them DESPITE showing multiple instances of proof via chase bank app screenshot of the Zelle payment that I sent to them. Today they sent me an email letter threatening to send me to collections and that the supposed bill has accrued interest and is nearly $200 now. They never mentioned I was in any kind of debt, they stopped contacting me ever since I had a conversation with them disputing the "un-received payment" which was confirmed received by Chase when I called Chase Bank's service line. The funny part is they emailed me from the same address I sent the Zelle payment to. These people do not care about you, your family, your life or your time. They only want to receive your money and milk any vulnerable naive customers. Stay away from this scummy place DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAM. My doctor rushed me during both first and second visits. I was particularly disgusted about how little care I received after discussing my lab results and trying to sell me CPAP machine. I felt like dealing with an used car salesperson. Majority of time we were talking about something I don't want. His acupuncturist gave me weekly treatments that helped me function, and enough time to figure out how to move the discs back enough into place to stop touching the major nerve. (I am a yoga teacher, so I know some about the spine, and general anatomy). Thanks to CI Medical's acupuncturist I never even felt I needed to make an appointment with the pain clinic. Why is she the best? She is the best balance of determining the right acupuncture points to yield the most effective path to healing/treatment sans any minutiae of pain (on needle insertion).
