She provided me a few designs / price points to choose from and I found them to be transparent with their pricing. Remodel stayed on schedule, which was huge for us. (I was 7.5-8mo pregnant at the start of the work, so I was concerned about timing) The quality of the work seems to be high, no issues so far. Their crew was pleasant to have in our home. (Respectful of napping toddler, pets, friendly, clean! etc.) Scotty, our project manager was great. Other reviews comment on them being overpriced, but unfortunately any quality home re-model will be expensive these days. RIKB handled everything from start to finish and allowed me to be as stress free as possible. Would use them again.

The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. We would recommend KBR for any project that you might have. Karen was great to work with and even when we were not following through with things on our end, she never lost her cool with us and was very patient waiting for us to come to decisions on things. If you want quality work, excellent communication, and ease of mind, hire Build Pros. We originally wanted to have our microwave vented out (rather than circulating air and grease in the kitchen) and add a second banister to the stairs to the basement to make them more safe for our growing toddler. We were also considering having our spare basement bathroom remodeled. The bathroom really wasn't very functional because it was built in pieces (so the gross tiny stall shower wasn't even in the bathroom). That was a big job, and we wanted to get a quote for all three pieces. The first two jobs were too small on their own, so we hired Build Pros for all three. They were amazing to work with, and the work they did was the highest of quality. The team was extremely communicative, and we always knew when they were coming, what they were doing next, and what to expect. Their spreadsheet system made it really easy for everyone to keep track of what we had selected, costs, etc. They helped us a ton with design decisions, made recommendations when appropriate, and made sure we were happy with absolutely everything before moving forward. Our house stayed unbelievably clean, given the level of work they were doing, throughout the process. Mike and Rouben were fantastic at reimagining the layout of our bathroom, taking all of our priorities into consideration. John, their carpenter, is a master. We went way over budget, but a lot of that was my fault. I wanted a bathroom that was functional, but the more we talked and designed, the more I realized we actually could get a really *nice* bathroom that wasn't just functional, but high end. They did a bunch of other random things in the area too. We just were so happy with their work, and they were already there, so we asked them to fit in a few small things and they were awesome in getting those done too (adding a couple outlets in the adjacent home gym, replacing our outdoor water spigots, etc.). We are extremely happy with the final products. We even had a water problem shortly after they finished. They fixed it swiftly with no charge. It might have been a part issue or a labor issue, and so in the beginning it was unclear whether we were going to have to pay for repairs right away. I would have been very disappointed if they had charged us, and have all the more confidence in them since they fixed it and stood by the work and warranty. The only real negative was that sometimes when we had to make a decision, and the team gave us a quick "off the cuff" estimate about how much a few different options would cost, the estimate was really a fair amount lower than estimated. That contributed to some of our cost increase, but in the end I think we would have made the same decisions regardless. We're extremely happy with the final products. We even hired them again and they're starting work at my mother-in-laws house this week! I'm already dreaming of putting an addition on our house in the future, and we will hire them absolutely if/when we do this.

I said few months ago but it's been almost 5 months, maybe six since the restrooms first became out of order and nothing has been done about them since they still today remain out of order. It's pretty sad you go in and knowing they have restrooms is good just in case you need 1 but thinking they must be fixed by now and 6 months later it seems like their just not going to repair them at all. I am disabled in a wheelchair and I rely on bathrooms everywhere I go and when I go in there hoping by now the restrooms will be back up and running and they're still not. I just don't go anymore. If I want to go to Ollie's I will go to Plymouth or Woonsocket. They have nice restrooms there and if they're ever out of order, they're back up and running within a few days. Not like Seekonk. Pretty disgusting if you ask me and could also be considered a health hazard there. Surprise the inspectors haven't been in there yet.

I had a GREAT experience with floors and kitchens today! We had a challenging project…read more.. backsplash, countertops and flooring on each floor of a triple decker. My mother, sister and mother-in-law were all very involved in the project, so there were a lot of personalities (conflicting ideas, etc). Vinnie was very patient and conscientious, fielding everyone's concerns and always following up. When an issue did arise, he made sure it was truly made right, even if it meant giving me a call after hours. We were all so stressed and he really took care of us! I am excited to have them come back to do more work for us in the future. Also, should note the guys actually doing the work were great too - did great work and left the space so clean! I really appreciated that. The photos really don't do it justice - I have gotten so many compliments!
