When he retired a couple years ago, he made sure the practice would continue with the same outstanding service and care for their patients. I've had cleanings, fillings, crowns, and Invisalign with them. Over the years, I've needed 3 root canals and Dr. Bordeaux referred me to an Endodontist, but my son has had 2 by Dr. Patel. First impressions when walking into the office include clean, peaceful and quiet, comfortable and minimally plush, current surroundings and decor. The treatment rooms have the same modern feel. The staff, from the doctors, Andrew Soulimiotis and Sunny Patel (there is another Dr. whom I've not been treated by but I'm sure she is just as excellent) to the dental technicians and hygienists are well trained and offer high-quality dental work, using state-of-the-art equipment. The office staff are as professional and capable as any I've seen in a medical practice. My husband and I go there and my son has recently joined their list of happy patients and I've recommended Midtown Dental to several friends.

But I was also having major sleep problems after starting a new job. So, I gave it a shot. She told me at the first meeting that she would not prescribe any medications to help and that her method includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy and a bunch of common sense. She encouraged me to keep a sleep journal and I slowly became aware of my sleep patterns. I also was able to effectively use a few of the "tools" that she taught me. As a result of seeing her I am sleeping better. More importantly, after working with her I am better prepared for the occasional night where I am not sleeping better. I definitely recommend Dr. Bartolucci.

He has always explained things in technical AND in layman's terms. Testing and diagnosis is and has been spot on. The overnight testing facility is top notch and the staff are experienced and super courteous. The office Technicians are excellent. They have always been available for me to talk with. Voicemail message is returned same day or next morning. This practice is now part of Northside Hospital. The only reason I have not given it a five star rating is because I rarely, if ever, consider any practice or business to be a five star. Not like a previous center where I had to share a restroom with a male (Jack & Jill setup). Lastly, the staffing were fantastic- sweet, kind & friendly. I ended up having the same technician "carolyn", who made me feel very comfortable and was very informative to the process. She was gentle putting on all the leads and ensured I had everything I needed to make my stay pleasant. All with a smile. Even when I had to get up during the evening to use the rest room. Hope she gets a nice bonus & raise this Christmas. Stella services should be rewarded. I highly recommend having your sleep study done at the Northside hospital in Cherokee County. I was a patient for 3.5+ years before I spoke to him. Our first appointment was scheduled for 20 and billed for 30 minutes. Actual length? 7 minutes. He called me "my dear" several times which I think was an attempt to build rapport, but it landed somewhere between fake and lecherous. (2 stars for him) Back to the support staff, all offshore except the office manager. There is often a language barrier, like when the billing department called and asked to speak to "Doe Jane" instead of "Jane Doe" and referenced my recent visit with "Smith Mary." I usually need to call twice before someone answers the phone, and need to leave several messages before the provider gets them. On 2 occasions, I had a conversation with the NP where I mentioned trying to reach her several times and she said she never got a message until that day. Another time, the receptionist called and said, "[NP] wants me to tell you that she had an emergency and left early. She won't be able to call you today, but she will call you tomorrow." The provider hadn't been informed that I was looking for her. And didn't call back until I had left 2 more messages and spent 2 weeks thinking that she was purposely avoiding my calls. Another time, I left 2 messages for and emailed the office manager over the course of a week. When I called the next week and said I thought there was insurance fraud happening, she called me back immediately. Billing practices were explained in different incorrect ways by the billing department and then the office manager, both of which led me to believe there was insurance fraud happening. When I finally spoke to the NP, she explained it in 30 seconds and it made sense. Yes, the NP is good, but she doesn't operate alone. I stuck with her for nearly 4 years, but I finally got fed up with everyone around her.
