You can tell this is a personal recipe of hers. These taste like they came from someone's home in Buenos Aires. Which is weird for me to say. Because I've never been to Argentina. But these were so good that I imagined this is what it's like. One tip. She offers sauces to dip. I don't think you need them. These are bursting with flavor without them. There is no front counter staff and no dining area. It is inside a building with about 20 other ghost kitchens. The first time experience in this Philly location was less than pleasant -- there was 1 kiosk for ordering, and I was told the wait time was 10-20min. I got the text message after 22 min saying the order was ready, however, the order was not brought out to the counter until close to 10 min later after my text. There were other frustrated customers who ordered from other ghost kitchens and were waiting for a while. I ordered Brasil, El Toro, Reggaeton, and Bombay. The empanadas were a bit salty for my taste, but all of these were good. The empanadas have a lot of filling, they are generous and do not skimp. I would go back here, but I do hope it'll be a better experience next time.
