We were referred to Dependable Senior Care by a social worker at Delray Medical Center in an emergency situation. My in-laws have no children in the area and my father-in-law had been admitted to the hospital. My mother-in-law cannot be left alone. The agency was able to get coverage into my in-laws home within two hours that very evening and the aid stayed there until I arrived at 1am! Since then, we have been using the agency for care in the home and have been very impressed by the professionalism and caring attitude of the aids. The equipment is below par. One day the stationary bike had pedals then the next day it didn't have any. No more bicycles. The single person working with patients has her attention on all the clients. She does not perform hands on work. I stayed for the intake and one visit. Then I went somewhere else. Save yourself time and money. Find somewhere more professional to give you the care to make progress on your get well journey.
