I was a patient here a while back, and I took a few months off and booked another appointment. I was told that I needed to start with another evaluation, which is fine. I was then told I needed to fill out another intake. I took 20 minutes out of my workday to do the intake. I was unfortunately 10 minutes late for my appointment. When I got there, I was told by the physical therapist that she did not have the time to read my file and that she was just going to be asking me all of the questions again. She did not even know what body part I was there for now, or in the past, there was no respect for the 20 minutes of time that I took out to fill out all of the information that she was asking me to give her again, and the entire experience was absolutely frustrating. I don't appreciate having my time wasted or when someone tells me that they didn't take the time to read up on my situation before I got there, especially considering I was 10 minutes late and there was ample time to have reviewed my intake form. She also had a file from all of my previous visits that she could have and should have consulted prior to my arrival. This seems very unprofessional and very disrespectful of my time. As a business owner, I would never welcome somebody into my business if I did not properly review all information we had on file first. I was coming here solely for the convenience because it is close to my house. When I came for appointments in the past, I never had the same physical therapist twice and that was also very frustrating. There was no continuity of care. The staff is very young and never made me feel quite like they knew what they were doing. My fault for trading convenience for quality of care. read more

My husband sustained a severe traumatic ankle fracture on a trip to Africa which necessitated medical evacuation and surgery performed at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in NYC. Really great physical therapists but pay attention to your billing. Don't give them your HSA card and check to make sure they are filing claims. I mistakenly gave them my HSA card and they billed me out of pocket without making it clear. They told me they were filing an insurance claim that would go against my deductible. Not the case. They had me paying cash. it doesn't matter how good you are, that's really REALLY sketchy. i Won't be going back nor will I recommend them. Pretty close to stealing as far as I'm concerned. read more

I have treated at a number of physical therapy clinics over the years and I must say, Miller Physical Therapy is the absolute best! My treatment started for tendonitis and tennis elbow and soon I learned I needed surgery on my rotator cuff. When I was ready to go back to PT, there was no question where I would complete the treatment. The clinic itself is beautiful and very clean. You can tell Scott, the owner, took his time in selecting his staff. Chris, Michael, Faith, Eva, and Allison are all awesome! When you walk in, everyone says hello and greets you by name. You always feel welcome and you know they truly care about your wellbeing. I have never waited past my appointment time and sometimes even called a few minutes before, which as most of you know is rare these days. Chris has been working on my shoulder, elbow, and forearm for sometime now. We always have great conversation and he makes sure I not only know my exercises, but that I am comfortable and do not feel any pain. Anytime you have a question, you can always get someone to help you or make some adjustments. As crazy as it sounds, they make PT fun and instead of dreading it, I look forward to going. This was my first experience getting PT. I found this place ok but not particularly flexible and accommodating. I felt pressure to accommodate them rather than be understanding and although I insisted on having my needs met, it felt like it was a terrific inconvenience for them and the pressure to conform to their needs was almost unrelenting. I wanted a female physical therapist and I also wanted to work in the room rather than in the open space where others were working, some with and some without a mask. This was clearly not too much to ask but it seemed like a big pain in the neck to them. (Pardon the pun.) I took about 4 sessions but had to leave due to the fact that my physical therapist had a medical issue and I would have been left with either a male therapist or a licensed physical aide, which was not sufficient for me. I think there are other places in the area that may be better suited for people who have quite minor requests such as myself but this is not one of them. read more

I am so grateful for this place. Hands-down one of the best physical therapists in the US. I've been to multiple therapists throughout the country since I travel often. I have a bad back and unfortunately you never know when you'll throw your back out. Kristy Bolha is an absolute Miracle worker. The minute she started working on me I felt instant relief. Initially I thought something was wrong with my knee as I couldn't stand on my left leg thinking I tore a tendon or ACL. Pain was unbearable. Kristy got me in right away and evaluated me and said that the pain in my knee was coming from my spine. She was 100% right after working on my lower back & glutei my knee pain subsided and after three treatments I am pain-free. I herniated my L4 L5 a 3 years ago in Washington DC and have had issues ever since. Chris Scott & last but not least KRISTY got me through one of the most painful excruciating pain I ever encountered. Miller therapy is a godsend. I would give them 11 stars if I could. This is my second stint at Miller Physical Therapy. A year ago I was referred to them for therapy for a fractured humerus and when I was recently prescribed physical therapy for my knees it was a no brainer deciding where to go. Besides the facility being spotless with all advanced state of the art equipment and technology, Scott and Chris are so friendly, caring and knowledgeable that it makes you really feel at home and comfortable They work together as a team constantly communicating with each other and with you. The first appointment includes an analysis and evaluation of your problem followed by electronic stimulation of the area or treatment with laser technology. Then therapeutic massage of the area and a series of exercises custom designed toward your injury, age and ability which they increase in difficulty slowly as you heal and get stronger It doesn't hurt that they have large TV's showing various entertainment channels and sports networks which really helps take your mind off the exercises you are doing! I feel confident that I am again getting the best treatment and the quickest full recovery. And bonus ... Dunkin Donuts is right next door for an after Physical Therapy treat! :) read more

Miller PT had been treating my chronic neck and shoulder pain. They have helped me a lot. Scott explained to me that most of my tightness is related to weakness in my upper back and showed me some great exercises that made a very quick impact. The clinic is run very well. I had total shoulder replacement surgery on my right arm May 9, 2017. I began passive motion therapy six days after surgery at home. This involved the use of a CPM machine for three hours a day for three weeks. My doctor then sent me to Miller Physical Therapy in Delray Beach. The staff Scott, Chris, Michael and Faith are all top of the line. They are well versed in the procedures, techniques and plans that put me on the road to recovery. They work together as a team constantly communicating with each other as they work on their patients. The facility is equally top of the line with the latest equipment which facilitated my progress. They set up a workout plan specifically for my procedure that was based on my age and physical fitness. This was very important because no two people are the same. Another attention to detail was that they monitored my progress and were careful not to overload my exercise routine which would have resulted in a setback. Any time I had a question it was answered in a clear manner. I think this is the worst place I have ever been in my entire life!!! If you are thinking of going there run away!!!! The therapist was rude and accused me of not knowing what I was talking about when he asked me to rate my pain level. He is not me and has no idea what my pain is like!!!
