Since I have still heard nothing I am escalating my complaint with governmental contacts and more poor reviews, and seriously considering legal action at this point. I will not be ignored.

But before a long road trip it needed to be taken care of. I made an appointment and they found two nails, one especially long and nasty. They made a valiant effort to plug, but it didn't take. Price for a new one was as low as anyone, they ordered, it arrived in a couple days and got it installed quickly. (On a Sunday.) After a 1100 mile trip all is fine. Note that Mavis is a "partner" with Amazon. Order a tire from Amazon, ship it directly to them, and they install it for the price stated on Amazon's website.($15.99 for the tire I purchased). Note that this location (and others) were formerly NTB stores (owned by Sears RIP) and were purchased by Mavis. So I would/will return for future service needs.
