He then said I would have to go to a mechanic to get a lug nut and strut put on. I was skeptical about driving it since I had just watched him literally pry my spare off with a crowbar. He reassured me that everything was fine. While I was driving the tire made a huge thud noise and it locked up causing my car to come to a complete and sudden stop in the middle of traffic. The car would not move. I then called the shop back explaining what happened and one of the workers told me the owner stepped out but he could give me a tow truck number. I got the car towed to my mechanic and when I called the shop back to express my concern as to why I was told it was ok to drive the owner told me it was not his problem. How is is not his problem when after him destroying my lug nut and strut this happened? On top of the cost of the tow I now have to pay my mechanic. Horrible experience and I wish I had a way to hold this man accountable. I hope Karma gets your ass!

They gave me multiple options for different brands and prices, he installed today a Sunday. Instead of wasting time in a waiting room at a shop. I caught up on paperwork. Not to mention the truck wasn't down during normal working hours. It took about an hour and a half. I wouldn't care if it took four hours. I always have plenty to catch up on at the office. I can't believe no-one has thought of this before now. The only difference between there service and a shop is. I had to pre order a couple days before. They use a mobile install trailer. So it's not a semi full of tires. Although I have had to wait for tires from a shop before they don't always have e-load tires in stock. He pulled in to the parking lot of our shop and did all the work in the trailer. He did ask to plug in to one of our outlets but offered to use his generator if there was no power handy. Awesome!!!!

They said no one told them that.. I then have to take off work. I get a phone call at 10:40am about the results, I need a new EVAP canister PURGE per code, which I received too on my device. Then over $900 for only my front brakes. I just say yes at this point because I have work at 5:30am the next morning and need my truck. I got to pickup my truck at 2pm, the guy at the front desk asks me about my display how it's not working. I thought that was odd, I go to my truck and now my radio screen/display will not light up or display. I asked what happened the other guy Mike starts yelling at me when I asked how can I leave it with you guys, you clear codes, and now my display won't work. He did try and do a few things but acted like he didn't know about it, but the other guy did? Very suspicious. Didn't want any ownership, yelled at me for it not being his fault. I now have no AC because I can't access my display on the hottest week of the year so far and they offered no resolution or offered to take it back in to try and fix the issue.. I had work done by them last year when I moved out here, I trusted them. I thought I had a local, reliable mechanic like I did where I'm from, but I see now that they're unfortunately just like all the rest.
