The shop diagnosed and recommended replacement of both the driver and passenger lower control arms. I ultimately approved repair of only the side making noise for approximately $697 (versus the $1,394 they recommended for both sides). What bothered me most was that after the repair was completed, the technician test drove the vehicle, yet nobody informed me before making payment that the exact same noise was still present. I personally discovered it myself within less than 10 feet of driving out of the shop and immediately returned. The lack of communication regarding the unresolved issue felt very misleading and frustrating. Instead of taking ownership of the failed diagnosis or communication issue, the owner Elvis became defensive and stated the reason the noise remained was because I was "too cheap" to do all the work (both side, $1,397). He also suggested I should have replaced the upper control arm as well, despite the fact that they never diagnosed or recommended prior to the repair. I ultimately took the vehicle to the Tesla dealership, where the upper control arm issue was addressed at a significantly lower cost. While the lower control arms may have shown signs of wear, replacing worn parts that are not actually causing the customer's complaint makes little sense from a diagnostic standpoint. Based on my experience, the process felt more like guesswork than properly isolating the actual issue. Customer service was ultimately arrogant and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious bringing a Tesla here.

I had an extremely negative experience with the owner, Michael Darcy. After an oil change, one of…read morehis technicians damaged my window tint. When I addressed it, he denied servicing my vehicle, despite clear evidence and confirmation moments earlier that the oil change was performed there. Instead of handling it like an honest professional, he became hostile, aggressive, and threatening--raising his voice, using profanity, and telling me to "get the hell off of his property" or he would call the police. This occurred in front of my toddler and escalated very quickly. I remained calm and called the police myself, as I had done nothing wrong but expected my property to be treated with respect and care. Only after officers arrived did he agree to fix the damage, stating he just wanted it to "go the f***k away." The issue was eventually corrected, but it was done reluctantly, with no apology or accountability. The customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I am giving 2 stars because I have had positive experiences here in the past. However, this incident--particularly the lack of honesty, transparency, and professionalism--was unacceptable.

I had bought replacement bulbs for back end left turn signal from O'Reilly's on North Ave approximately a week prior & when I asked the EXTREMELY rude large male manager about placement of the bulbs, as I was getting a fast flashing left turn signal, he told me "to go to a mechanic"!!! The second time I was recently helped by the shop was by Art himself - Art was locking up his shop-was literally walking out the door - locking up, yet he took the time to tell me how to fix other flashing lights issue from a different area/source. Not easy to find honest people nowadays no matter what their field is, including, far beyond car repair. Fortunately, for me, I found it at Art's, on 2 separate occasions from Art himself & Rasim, his mechanic.
