Aside from all of that, I later discovered that all four of my interior door panels were damaged--cracked and loose--clearly from being pried open during the install. I contacted the shop, Fortino agreed to fix the issue but later gave the run around. He fully denied responsibility and refused to offer any compensation or help with repairs. I provided photos and documentation, but they never followed up. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I paid for a professional service and expected my car to be treated with care. I would not recommend this business at all based on how they handled this situation.
