Received a quote from auto glass Atlanta. They asked me what style truck and window I needed replaced. I shared I have a standard cab on ford F150 07. Ok they said they had to order the glass, cool so that put the replacement back a day... no sweat. The gentleman show up Thursday as shared. Get there with the wrong window. He comes and tell me I have an extended cab... no sir I do not I have a standard cab sir. No you don't you have an extended cab. Sir I know what I bought extended cab has room for a seat brother no one can sit back here. Long story short. Wrong window bought only for them to email me and say your window can not be purchased or ordered. Well I just saw the window for 175.00 lol. Total waste of time. I wouldn't call them... especially seeing as thought they can follow simple directions and don't know what windows to order when they have clearly been shared with what is needed. read more

Just had a great experience with these guys! After Safelite quoted me $300+ for a windshield replacement, I decided to do a little price shopping. I'm glad I did, because Auto Glass quoted me at $195. And they replaced it at my office while I was at work - no extra charge! Apparently they do all their work on-location, which is pretty cool! I work in Roswell - about 20 minutes from their Ashford-Dunwoody HQ - but there was zero hesitation when I told them where I needed the service to be done. The day of my appointment, I was nervous they wouldn't show, since it had been raining all morning. But Justin showed up on time and had my new windshield installed in 30 minutes! Their payment system was also super easy. They called me after the service was complete, and I gave them my credit card number over the phone. Then they sent a receipt to my email, which I was able to e-sign using my iPhone. Too cool. Also, I had forgotten to tip Justin in person, so I asked the guy on the phone to add a $10 tip - which he did, no problem. Here are the highlights: #1 - I received a very prompt quote via email. I requested in on Sunday late-afternoon and received it 1st thing on Monday morning. I definitely appreciated this! #2 - On the day the technician was to come, I received a call to say he was having trouble with his truck. They were trying to reschedule for the next day. Since I was leaving the next day for my long drive, I explained the urgency. The guy I spoke to decided to make my job a priority and dispatched another technician. I love service like this! #3 - When the two technicians arrived, they told me how long it would take (45 minutes). They were complete a few minutes before that time. I thought I would write a review because I rely on yelp ratings and reviews from other yelpers to help me find businesses of good quality and services. I called on the phone and was given a quote within five minutes. The estimate even included taxes in the price. I had an appointment within a couple of days. The two installers came to my place and were done installing the windshield in less than 45 minutes. You pay the installers after the work is done, and they take cash or credit. After everything was done, they gave me clear instructions on how to care for the windshield for the next day or so. It's been a couple weeks since they installed the new windshield and it is still good as new. You can't even tell that the windshield was ever replaced, my rearview mirror was even in the same position that I left it. (2006 VW GTI) read more

I'm adjusting my review because after using this company multiple times, I got a really bad installer. To echo the concerns of some of the other reviewers, this company uses third party vendors, so it can not guarantee consistency in its service. I won't use again because I can't know if they are going to send one of the good people they contract with or one of the bad ones. They don't take as much responsibility for correcting a poor install as I wish they would. read more

Requested a quote off their website and received that quote very quickly. Called and made an appointment for the very next day. As promised, the tech called when he was about 15 minutes away. Looked at my windshield said it would be about 45 minutes and I think he was done in just over 30. I have to park in a parking structure at work and that was not an issue. Tech drove a small pick up truck. This was by far the easiest windshield replacement I've dealt with and I've had 4 on this car. I HIGHLY recommend Auto Glass Atlanta! read more

I called to ask them to reinstall my windshield. The guys that sprayed my car said that I needed they didn't have the tools to reinstall properly. The guy on the phone refused to help stating that they "......don't take on "small jobs". Not very helpful. read more
