I was told that after dropping off my bumper that the turn around time would be around 3 days. After speaking to Eddie as we discussed my truck's paint code, he went out of his way to educate me on the different shades of that paint code. I had no idea that there were different shades. We matched my truck's color the best we could. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and got it back by Friday. I got three estimates for repairing the front bumper on the passenger side of my Honda CRV. All…read morethree estimates had identical parts, part numbers, and hours of labor to do the repair. Same computer system for all three. Cost for parts and labor for the first estimate was inflated by about 30%. The markups for the second estimate were not as much, but still high. I read the reviews for Sergio Lewis Body Shop, had three personal recommendations, and the repair cost was much lower than the first two estimates. My bias is to work with local businesses whenever possible. Norma Jean was wonderful to work with and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Customer service and quality work are superior!
