They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and explained that while it was now working again, it was old and tired. So, I had them replace it with a new Liftmaster opener, garage light and a myQ camera/opener panel. Everything worked fine for a few days and then I began having intermittent problems with the door not locking and raising back up. I called them again and they returned a couple of days later, made an adjustment and it was working properly. While they were here, I asked if they had forgotten to leave me the operation manual for the myQ camera/opener. They told me that the myQ didn't come with a manual. Yeah, right I thought! Within the first few days of having the myQ, I realized that I wanted a spare battery so that I could always have one charged, so I ordered one from the factory. That turned into a lengthy affair as the batteries were on backorder. After my complaints, myQ offered to send me a complete camera/opener with battery at no extra charge. They sent it and the first thing I did is look for the manual. Nope! No manual, just the instructions to download their ap for all my needs! Everything is working well and hopefully, it will last another 20 years! The father/son duo that own and operate All That and More were on time, friendly and professional. Hopefully, it will be a long time before I have to call them again.

I accepted that repair and he suggested replacing the rollers but i declined that as it would have made it a higher cost than I was comfortable paying.
