Frank and George completed this job within a few hours and went above and beyond what they initially bid on when they found some warped 2x6 ... they lagged them in nice and snug and Fixed at least one of the problems that was causing the garage door issues. today that garage door opens perfectly smoothly and a whole lot quieter than it did before their service. I will say this again as I said it in the past, when they fixed our gate to the front of the property, this company is as reputable and honest as any I've ever seen. They did a fantastic job. They came out promptly did exactly if not more than what they said they would do and fixed the problem for a phenomenal price. Door no longer got stuck so I was happy (and oblivious since I know nothing about garage doors). A few months later I had to drop serious $$$ when the springs and cable snapped because the tension was up way too high. I'd find a different company to fix your garage door, unless you like paying for other people to fix the mistakes.

I accepted that repair and he suggested replacing the rollers but i declined that as it would have made it a higher cost than I was comfortable paying. Not only was Marco's service the best, but his price was one of the best offers I received from the many vendors who responded to my request. In fact, I even agreed to have the rollers replaced after he replaced the openers - and I almost never agree to an additional service. Another company I called raised their service fee between 2024 and 2026 by 30%. When I challenged them, they honored the 2024 rate but the technician was here for about 15 minutes to service the door and try to upsell me ultra expensive new openers. So the $118 service fee the doors was a ripoff. Fortunately, this led me to Rio Garage Door and Marco! Hire him today if you have a garage door or garage opener problem.
