From my initial communication to the completion of the job, Rio Garage Door and Marco. Not only was Marco's service the best, but his price was one of the best offers I received from the many vendors who responded to my request. In fact, I even agreed to have the rollers replaced after he replaced the openers - and I almost never agree to an additional service. Another company I called raised their service fee between 2024 and 2026 by 30%. When I challenged them, they honored the 2024 rate but the technician was here for about 15 minutes to service the door and try to upsell me ultra expensive new openers. So the $118 service fee the doors was a ripoff. Fortunately, this led me to Rio Garage Door and Marco! Hire him today if you have a garage door or garage opener problem.
