Unbeknownst to the previous owners of my property, the inverter was completely shot and did not have monitoring capability. They processed the RMA for my SolarEdge inverter, installed it once it was here, and also gave me access to SolarEdge monitoring once that was completed. The crew deserves real recognition: electricians Adrian, Ivan, Salvador, and Christian; roof lead Arni; installers Jose, Gabriel, Kieren, Israel, Erik, and Robert; and Deyvis helping with inspection. They showed up on time, worked hard, kept everything clean, and answered my endless questions without ever making me feel like I was in the way. Construction always has bumps. Permits get revised, inspectors want changes. What mattered was how Infinity handled it. Calmly, professionally, and without disappearing. They suggest regular cleaning will help keep performance on track. I am still skeptical, but I will do this and keep track of the system production monthly to see whether or not it's going to meet the guaranteed minimum production. I truly hope my solar system would performed as they claimed; I would be happy just to get the guaranteed minimum production. I updated my rating back to 5 Stars based on their cooperation in addressing the issues reasonably fair.

Gregg was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. From the first conversation to the final installation, his team demonstrated true professionalism and efficiency. They worked quickly but never cut corners. What really stood out was their attention to detail. All of the conduit was perfectly painted to match the house, and any holes were sealed with stucco and painted--not just caulked over like you see with many other contractors. That kind of craftsmanship is rare these days. This team, along with the owners, went above and beyond. They genuinely restored my faith in tradespeople. She offered a free panel cleaning, which she set up internally and had their team come out this past Friday without issue. Since the cleaning the panels have been much better performing especially after these past few weeks of misting and rain, about 25% higher output. I didn't think much of it but I get now it's worth doing to get the most out of the panels. Overall a very good response and experience with OC specifically for this issue. I feel that they do want to stand out from the crowd and responding proactively to feedback gives me more confidence they'll take care of issues as they hear about them.

Shaun was so incredibly thorough, honest (there were points where he told me that because of my super low energy costs in Azusa, the system really wasn't necessary) and over-communicated throughout the process. I've recommended him to family in the area. Big fan. I ended up moving to it honestly because I wanted the future equity addition to the home and...because I thought it was badass to have solar :) We had issues with my HOA and the city of Azusa (confusion on their ends) and his team handled the months of back and forth with ease and grace.
