    Our roof

Prestige Roofing did an excellent job on our new roof. My neighbor recommended Prestige Roofing and I was able to see their craftsmanship firsthand. When I initially called to make an appointment John came the next day. John was so informative on the evaluation, answered our questions and was extremely knowledgeable on roofing. We had our quote in a few days and John and his office staff followed up to see if we had any questions on the proposal. The quote was very reasonable and we also replaced our skylight. Lupe, the Foreman was so helpful too and explained what they were going to daily. All of the workers were so nice and courteous. We had two posts on our patio that needed to be replaced and John was able to take care of this. There was no need to get a sub-contractor for the post which was outstanding. Your home is a big investment and I can't praise Prestige Roofing enough. I already have recommended them to numerous people and have 100% confidence Prestige Roofing will do an excellent job.

I had a few bids from numerous roofing companies in the area, most of them were suggesting solutions I didn't agree with or were trying to sell me something that was only convenient for them. I contacted Prestige roofing and dealt with John, he was the only guy that was willing to work with me on exactly what I wanted. From the proposal to the actual work being done, everything was completed as promised. The quoted price, although not the cheapest, was very reasonable. The crew working on my roof were all great people, Daniel and Lupe were easy going and stayed on top of things. I was happy they were around to make sure the work was done correctly, so I really appreciated that. Like with any construction project, there were a few surprises I did not expect, but they were quickly dealt with in a professional manner. Overall, I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

We hired Prestige Roofing & Solar to replace the 30+yo tile roof underlayment. From start to finish, our communication with the supervisor, Peter, were excellent and while they were not the least cost, they were very competitive and have found issues during inspection. The quality of work and timeliness have been great, and they even took care of the city permit and gutter installations. We have already recommended to two of our friends in the neighborhood and to anyone that needs roofing work.

Picking a roofing company is no easy feat, especially with the cost of it being my main concern. After receiving quotes from 5 different companies, we decided that Prestige was the right choice for us! We needed a traditional roof but also a surrounding pergola (around the house) roofed as well. John came out to give an estimate and provide all the options to suit our needs. We wanted something that would fit the Spanish look but not be too heavy for the existing roof structure. Hence why we chose the Clay Lite options. John was very knowledgeable, professional, and genuine. What we enjoyed most about John was that he never pressured us and in all our interactions with him he was very transparent about the process and the cost of it all. On the day of installation, they were punctual and came with a game plan in mind. It was a finely-tuned machine with team members knowing exactly where they needed to be. The day before installing they dropped off a portable bathroom for their workers. The process with the city had taken a long time with inspections and permits, but once Prestige started, they were able to finish quickly. They knew exactly what to do and how to work around solar panels. I have recommended Prestige to many friends who have had leaks in their roofs with the recent storms. They were impressed by Prestige and booked them as well.

Asphalt shingles installed under the solar panels and concrete tiles around the panels for a flush look.

Prestige Roofing gets my highest praise on all levels. John was the only company at first to come out to my home and even give me his opinion on whether a new roof was necessary prior to a solar installation. He was the most prompt, thorough in responding to my questions and he was definitely better priced than other quotes. The installers came out in full force and got most of the project done in 2 days. Then we had to wait for solar panels to be installed in which the team came back afterwards to finish the rest of the roof. Pictures don't do it justice but they installed asphalt shingles under the panels and laid tiles around (per HOA rules). If you look at bottom of the roof, they installed tiles where there was about. 2-3 inch space from the edge of the solar panel to the bottom of the roof. Immaculate attention to detail. Given that roofing is something you do maybe once in a lifetime, peace of mind is everything and I can confidently say Prestige Roofing provides that in spades.

Absolutely First-Rate from Start to Finish When the fires…read morehit Southern California and we lost power for two weeks, something changed for me. I remember standing outside one night listening to my neighbor's generator roar to life again. It sounded like a chainsaw tearing through the quiet. Across the street, friends with solar and batteries had their lights on. Their kids were inside watching TV. Life looked normal. Meanwhile, I was packing up my family to leave our home. Rising electricity rates, AI data centers consuming massive amounts of power, and talk of double digit rate increases made going solar the right thing to do. I researched heavily. Built a spreadsheet. Interviewed over a dozen companies. Got bids through Energy Sage, cold called installers, and asked around for referrals. I wasn't looking for a sales pitch. I was looking for people I could trust with my home and my family's security. Infinity Solar felt different from the start. I didn't have to deal with brokers or middlemen to jack up prices. They are family owned, in business over 25 years, BBB A+ rated, and 5 stars on Yelp. Tim, the owner is a C10 licensed contractor, sets the tone for the entire company. His pride and commitment to doing things right shows up in every person on his team. Sara, our project manager, kept everything organized with clear, proactive communication. Blake handled the maze of permitting. If you've dealt with solar permitting in California you know what a mess it is. State, county, city, and fire department all with their own rules. Blake stayed on top of all of it so I didn't have to. Joel made sure the job site ran smoothly. The crew deserves real recognition: electricians Adrian, Ivan, Salvador, and Christian; roof lead Arni; installers Jose, Gabriel, Kieren, Israel, Erik, and Robert; and Deyvis helping with inspection. They showed up on time, worked hard, kept everything clean, and answered my endless questions without ever making me feel like I was in the way. Construction always has bumps. Permits get revised, inspectors want changes. What mattered was how Infinity handled it. Calmly, professionally, and without disappearing. Tim must be a good boss and take care of his people because this is a crew of highly skilled workers who take real pride in what they do. The day the system went live felt like a turning point. Our first outage was December 23rd while setting up for a Christmas party. Power was out over eight hours. The lights never flickered. I only knew because the app alerted me. Tim included a Solar Insure 30 year warranty covering panels, microinverters, wiring, and roof penetrations, including labor. It's backed by an A+ Superior rated third party insurer and is transferable if I sell my home. An installer's warranty is useless if they go out of business, so this gives real peace of mind. Because I verify everything, I called Solar Insure, Enphase, FranklinWH, and REC directly to confirm Infinity is a Premium or Platinum installer with each. They are. I'll break even in 8 years at current rates, sooner when rates keep climbing, and you know they will. But more than savings, it's peace of mind. When the grid goes down, our house doesn't. Infinity Solar gave our family back a sense of stability. I'm grateful we chose them.

Extremely Disappointing Experience ....Do Not Recommend…read more Stay away from this company. Our experience with their planning, installation, communication, knowledge, follow-up, and overall workmanship was extremely disappointing. Our project took more than six months or more to complete, and even after the installation, the problems continued. They left remnants and debris in our backyard that have now been there for two months, and despite our requests, they still have not properly cleaned up. We are now being asked to close their file even though outstanding issues remain. The project itself was poorly managed. Their plans had to be changed half dozen times just to pass inspection, which raised serious concerns about the quality and planning of the work. At this point, we are not even confident that we fully understand what was installed on our roof, and we remain concerned about the possibility of future leaks or other problems related to the installation. They also made a significant mess along the side of our house while installing the lines. We had to specifically point out how bad it looked and insist that they change it. Communication and follow-up were also extremely frustrating. There were times when workers simply did not show up, and the overall experience felt disorganized from beginning to end. After everything we experienced, we cannot recommend this company or anyone associated with them for design or installation work. If you are considering using them, we strongly recommend doing your research and getting multiple opinions before moving forward. Our experience was messy, stressful, poorly managed, and far from what we expected from a professional installation company.

Our first conversation with NetZero was with Donny, and while it was helpful, we decided to pause and keep learning. After doing more homework and later reconnecting with Nilda and Bobby, the experience felt very different. They took the time to answer questions in plain language, walked through realistic expectations, and never tried to rush us into a decision. After we decided to move forward, the process was handled professionally from start to finish. Nick helped dial in the system design and made sure everything made sense for our home, and Mark oversaw the install side and kept things moving smoothly. The crew showed up when they said they would, treated our home with care, and cleaned up at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. Permitting and inspections were handled by the team and communicated the steps along the way. There were no surprises. Kelly was especially helpful keeping us in the loop and responding quickly whenever we had questions, which made the whole process feel far less stressful than we expected going in. Overall, NetZero Energy felt like a company that values doing things the right way and standing behind their work. We are happy with the install, the communication, and the end result, and would feel comfortable recommending them to friends or family who are considering solar.
