Thank god we were nit picky as it had mutliple errors. First he tried to bs us and make us sign the wrong contract to just get the deal closed, then took FOREVER to make the corrections in the contract. He ended up having to resend it 3 TIMES. After the third time it was finally correct, we signed everything, sent the earnest money and were congratulated on the new home. Little did we know that someone else secured the deal minutes before us. Had he not taken forever to DO HIS JOB CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME we would've gotten the home. Lennars whole internal system is a freaking scam and there is zero communication. How is it possible to go through the whole process and "securing" the deal without knowing someone else has started and went through with it. Extremely disappointing and upsetting.
