Explained the features and how it was able to fold for transport without a lift. This chair holds my weight, weighs less than 40 lbs with the battery and is very solid. I've had it a few days now and love this chair! Im able to be more mobile in 3 days then the last month since my old scooter platform broke again. No pressure sales, Max took the time to talk, answer every question and really let the product speak for itself. At end of…read morecompletion their hardware kits were missing one of the rubber caps for the support arms, not a big deal until I emailed them asking them to send me one, as well as asking their reccomendations for maintenance, especially snow and ice removal, and since it is all aluminum should it be grounded. Their response, contact the installer about the missing part. Mind you its their fault for missing hardware in their sealed plastic bags and they expect the installer who is two hours from the ramp location to take care of it, why not just spend the ten dollars and mail it to me. The maintence question went unanswered which I can only assume was because they have no confidence in product durability and answering my question would make them liable. Same goes for grounding, why electrical code, IRBC or the local and state agencies do not say anything about a seventy foot mass of aluminum needing to be grounded I dont know.

The salesperson rushed us, sold us a product that was the wrong size, and told us we could adjust if we needed to. We spent $200 on a walker. (Ps they don't take Medicare.). Before long we realized the walker was the wrong size. My mom has to bend all the way over the handlebars to use it. We go to adjust it and it's NOT adjustable. We take the walker back, explain the situation and they refused to acknowledge they gave the wrong guidance about the walker size, and it's ability to be adjusted.
