Buy if you need things like registration replacement or license renewal or simple things, they can help. Keep in mind that this is a business authorized to execute DMV transactions so there is a service fee on top of whatever the DMV charges. That said although the staff opened about 10 minutes late (9/22/22) they were professional.

After a frustrating day trying to figure out how to get our car registered in NY from out-of-state during a pandemic, I found DMV Stop and it was like the clouds parted and a ray of sunshine broke through. When I spoke with Dave over the phone and via email it was clear that he knew exactly what was needed and how to get the car registered as quickly as possible. It was a relief to know that I wouldn't be risking wasting more time by showing up at the DMV with missing documents, etc. DMV Stop told me exactly what documents were needed, provided a FedEx label to send the docs, reviewed what I sent to make sure everything was in order, and from the time they received everything it was only eight days until we received our plates in hand. First and foremost, the owner Max is a very down to earth guy, and not straight to business as usual. I appreciate that as many businesses only care about making money and don't care about how the customer is doing. Max is happy to offer his helping hand no matter what issue you're experiencing. I had a babysitter and took the afternoon off from work to get this done. I called the number and a person told me someone would call me back. A person named Clara called to tell me no one would be there. I said to Clara I wanted the service for free since I would have to do it on another day... babysitter and possibly take time from work again. She hung up on me!
