Again I feel the estimate was something to put on paper just to not bother with us. He never tried to reach out to us. We weren't chasing anymore. How do you do this to people. Almost 3 years later and I can barely sit in the chair for too long without searing pain. $5K wasted and I can't afford a new chair! Others tried to rectify but Valerie was the root problem and then copped a condescending attitude. I think I know my body after some 50 years more than she does. Do not trust Valerie or anyone else.
