They called me and told me that the item I ordered was out of stock and since I couldn't accept substitutions, they would be cancelling my order. The next day, I went to Giannone's website and placed the same order. A few hours later, I received a shipping notice from the first website. This confused me, so I called them, and they informed me that they were actually able to fill my order and it had just left on the FedEx truck. I told them a phone call would have been nice, since I had already re-ordered elsewhere. Not wanting a double order (reason for the order was a long story, but I really did not want a duplicate), I emailed and left a voice mail at the customer service line hoping I was not too late to cancel. I received a phone call that night from a very nice gentleman who understood my situation and said he had the box there in his hand and would cancel my order for me. So, not exactly a customer, but I will be for my next order. And I won't be ordering from the original store again. Thank you so much for being understanding!

Great way to keep people from drinking and driving and helpful for those who do not have access to a car. They stop selling hard liquor I believe at 10pm, however, they sell their wine and beer up until 2am. Prices are a little higher here then most places, but it makes sense since they don't add a delivery fee to their deliveries (optional to leave a tip to driver). They have a website that lists everything they have available which is helpful. The workers over the phone are really nice and helpful and the drivers are also very friendly.
