    Fried Red Snapper

Fish was great. I had a whole red snapper, it was so fresh, perfectly seasoned. You get there, pick your whole fish or fillet from the refrigerator and they fry it or grill it for you. For side dishes, you can choose bt french fries, tostones, rice, salad, fried cassava, etc. Service was fast and cordial. Prices are very reasonable.

    Fried red snapper. Love it

Love this place! Fresh fish, cook to order. Pick out what you want to eat. Cost is based on weight and $/lb will vary depending on what type of fish you pick. Of course you can just buy the raw fish and take it home to cook too. Favorite is the fried red snapper. Always cooked perfectly and not over salted. Seafood soup is also a must try. Very flavorful.

    Good fried fish

It's a nice place, especially when they serving you a recently fry fish. Because sometimes they leave the fry fish at the side and the fish turns cold. Fresh and hot it's the key!!

    All that for $20.50 :D

a small hole in the wall fish market that fries the fish of your choice on the spot for a VERY low price in bergenline. they also serve rice and ceviche and other latin side dishes that I'm not familiar with such as some kind of seafood in a shot glass. salad is just basic iceberg lettuce with slices of tomatoes. Simple and delicious! the workers are nice and efficient. the only thing is it gets hot in the summer as the kitchen and the dining tables are connected and the place isn't the cleanest-looking. However, I have yet to get sick from there so it's all good in the neighborhood. There's also plenty of places down the street for dessert; that's always a plus! :)

At the best part, selection and offerings do not disappoint. A bright and welcoming space, the store is stocked with various prepackaged goods, including unique items, such as black cuttlefish gnocchi. There is also a variety of refrigerated and frozen food options, including what looks like some very tasty cheddar crab dip. The highlight obviously is the fresh fish counter. Stocked with multiple types of salmon, more obscure fish, such as whole snapper, and tons of different types of shellfish. prices are reasonable and in line with what is to be expected. The diamond in the rough in this place is downstairs, where they have a raw seafood bar. You can get anything from West Coast and East Coast oysters, hot or cold lobster rolls, and various dips. Best of all, it's BYOB. So pack your bubbles and head on over to visit Jesus downstairs who will shuck you an experience not to be matched anywhere in Hoboken. Welcome Angelos! This fish market is a great addition to the area and I was amazed by the variety of wild caught fresh fish they have. Their selection varies but for the most part I've been pleased. I've had the Dorado, Branzino, Faroe Island Salmon, the cod, and the monkfish. They have even had sardines which are my favorite. Fresh whole sardines are hard to come by. All of the fish that I had tasted good and was very fresh. The staff members are very friendly and are eager to help. They clean your fish and cut it however you like. Definitely a great experience if you're a fish lover like myself. I plan on going back to try their scallops and clams.
