They do have bathroom and small seating area as well for those that wants to eat inside the store. They have variety of pastries, cakes, and bread to offer as well as coffees and drinks. We ended up getting few pastries to try. We got mocha bread, bulgogi croquette, creme brulee bread, and garlic cream cheese bread. The bread was all good and good quality. My personal favorite was the bulgogi croquette i had wish that i asked to warm up the bread before eating which they do offer. Service was good and i can see that they maintain the place nice and clean. Overall it's a solid bakery that offers good asian bread and pastries. The price is on higher side but quality was good. Good stop for asian bread and pastries. I always try to stop by these kind of places when traveling because there are not too many place like this back home.

Layers upon layers of soft cake, matcha powder, strawberry jam, crushed Oreos, and matcha cream. Don't let the size fool you; it's tall enough for four to enjoy comfortably. Perfectly sweet, fresh, and just fabulous for a Christmas gathering with its festive colors! And for the pork floss lovers? Their Scallion, Ham, and Seaweed Pork Floss Squares was another delightful discovery. Unlike any other, it features a thicker, super fluffy cake base topped with balanced bits of seaweed, sauce, and ham--utterly moreish and not a bit greasy compared to typical pork floss buns. It wasn't busy on Labor Day morning, so finding a spot was easy. ATMOSPHERE Much smaller than the Edgewater branch. It's in a strip mall, less crowded, but the space feels cramped compared to larger locations. SERVICE Two employees working, a young Asian man who was professional and courteous, and a young Hispanic woman who treated me with disdain from the start. I ordered the Dubai Matcha drink and she said she couldn't make it due to missing ingredients. I requested oat milk for my allergy. My boyfriend ordered a Strawberry Matcha Latte. The Asian male was ringing us up, standing right next to her, and immediately corrected her saying she CAN make the drink and has everything needed. She made my boyfriend's drink better than mine, though still didn't give him the requested oat milk either. My boyfriend has years of restaurant experience as chef, waiter and bartender, he knows quality. Seeing how poorly my drink was made, he had it corrected. The male employee remade it properly, proving there were never missing ingredients. This isn't isolated. I'm Polish, my boyfriend is light-skinned Hispanic mix, and I've noticed this pattern at other Paris Baguette locations & other service facing establishments. I'm tired of it so I'm going to start calling it out more and more. Male employees treat us respectfully, but female employees, particularly Hispanic women, give us problems. Asian American women stare and give me dirty looks. I get it he's handsome. I'm not bad looking myself though. And I don't deserve whatever personal judgments these people have against interracial dating. People need to leave personal judgments at home. The male employee showed proper professionalism. OVERALL Good location with easy parking and less crowds. The male employee deserves recognition for his professionalism. But the inconsistent, seemingly biased service is unacceptable. Management needs to address these attitude issues. Customers shouldn't deal with employees bringing personal baggage to work. The Dubai Matcha was delicious when made properly. I just wish I could count on consistent service.

We had a couple of baked goods and ordered 2 lattes. We asked the staff to heat up one of them. We went to one of the tables and put out stuff down, and waited for our drinks and food. Then, 4 police officers walked and ordered their drinks, with 3 of them being lattes. We waited and waited, and then the staff told the officers that the machine is broken, but not to us, even though we have been standing there for longer than they have, but she didn't even look at us. Then, she asked if she could make them coffee with special syrup and milk that has been heated up and all that. After she made 3 of those specialty drinks, we had to go to her and asked what is going in, and why she skipped us. She acted like that is not what she did... I asked her if she is going to give us a refund on our lattes, and without any kind of apology, or offering to provide a different type of drinks like she did with others, she just re-processed the order without drinks and gave us a new receipt. I had to ask the other staff who heated our food so long ago and never brought it to us, to re-heat that item. Seems like he has forgotten all about it or something. I understand that police officers are important and they should be treated with respect and such, but that doesn't mean they should treat paying customers like we don't worth they time and attention, and treat us like we are nothing. Experiences like this make us question about tipping at a cafe gives us any better service, since we were treated so badly. The least they could do is acknowledge us and inform us that they are going to serve the officers first even though we have been waiting for a long time. It was so disappointing that we didn't even receive a sincere apology.

All bakery, pastries and confectionary items were stacked in clear glass shelves. The cakes were by the register as usual. They also had the sandwiches, hot and cold drinks in the menu as well. We bought our usual croissants, bread, chocolate donut and a slice of cake. Multiple staff members were at the register, helping customers checkout quickly. All our items were packed nicely and put in a box. We used our rewards QR code to earn points for the purchase and also used an existing reward to get a free bakery item.

The display case is packed with beautiful Italian pastries and breads that look (and taste) straight out of a bakery in Italy. I went with the pistachio croissant. It was fresh, flaky, buttery, and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. Also got a prosciutto sandwich in ciabatta bread. The bread was a bit tough but I guess that's how ciabatta bread works. It tasted great though!. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully made. Service was friendly and helpful; the staff happily explained the different filled croissants and options when I asked. Will definitely return next time I'm in American Dream Mall!
