Huge Shout out to Rene from Empire plumbing solutions!!!! I had a gas line that services my BBQ Grill and firepit completely break apart due to corrosion a few days ago. The line then filled up with water marking it impossible to use. I called Rene and he came by today (on Memorial Day) and had it fixed in time to BBQ for dinner! His work is excellent and his rates are VERY reasonable. This is not the first time I've used him, he also hooked up our outdoor island sink to the main water line from my kitchen so I can have hot and cold water in my backyard as well as fixing a cracked pipe from my main water line from the street! We noticed water on the floor on Tuesday at 1 o'clock immediately called American Shield they Said they would send out a plumber,sent out a plumber finally arrived at 6:30 the next night. He was in and out in 10 minutes took three pictures of the carpet and immediately said it's a slab leak didn't do anything else. The next day I spent three hours trying to get in touch with the plumbing company to find out when the plumber was going to come back and actually fix it which they told me would be between two and $4000. I decided to look up a Plumber Dale and his FPR company Came up so I call Dale and after talking to him for 10 minutes I had already calm down from my anxiety of having my whole slab inside the house tore up during the epidemic going on and with family members that it would not have been good to be without water for that long. Dallas to my house inside 40 minutes assess the situation found the water leak was only in the wall it wasn't a slab leak at all help walk me through the process and was professional all the time. They'll explain to me what happened how it was going to be fixed and how it was not again that is not going to cost me two to $4000 as I was previously told. I recommend Dale with 10 stars because of his professionalism straightness in questions being answered without the BS and his amazing price. I recommend to everyone that needs a plumber before you call anybody call Dale if you do not like any of his services I will be shocked he's awesome he's quick and he's honest, you can't beat that in a person or in a company, thank you Dale for all your help much appreciated. read more
