He came out within about 90 minutes and tried snaking the trap and determined there were further issues. He then ran a camera down and discovered that a pipe was broken, showing me the video as he checked. Matt gave me three different options to address the issue and advised on each aspect of each option. After I pick my option, he returned the next day and proceeded to do the job. Although he estimated the job may take two days he was able to complete it in one. Had a water heater that stopped producing hot water over the weekend. Giovanni came out Monday a.m. after my conversation with Matthew, the owner. Giovanni gave me a few options from fixing this over 10 year old unit, to a new standard, storage water heater to a new tankless one. He gave me prices for each option as well as their pros and cons.
