Steps are being taken to fix things, and the owner is regretful that things happened as they did. I appreciate it. (I'm so glad, because Anthony does seem like a delightful guy, and I would like his company to succeed. As long as clients concerns are taken seriously, I think it will! ;) I am shocked. I wish I had read the review already posted before we hired them. Our brand new, just-stained railing somehow managed to get all nicked up and gauged today. I understand accidents happen, and there is always a slim possibility of other reasons, but when pointed out, the response was, "We weren't even working there." What? It's exactly where they were working! And, "there's nothing that would have scratched there." It's exactly where the sharp edged gutter was brought up over the railing. I couldn't believe the lack of accountability which continued. They actually tried to say there were other spots along the railing that were banged up, which was actually just not-perfect staining over bumpy wood grain...not the same thing at all as the gauges left. When they offered to stain the railings, I declined, as I just wanted them out as soon as possible after feeling so hoodwinked and disrespected Also attached it a photo of a gutter that they had banged up early in their visit. Though they ended up using it where it couldn't be seen, which is fine, it is proof that there is carelessness involved in their work. Also attached is the horribly cut hole through our brand new deck for the gutter and a crookedly installed gutter. Shoddy and unaccountable.

Fast forward to a couple days prior to the move, I texted and no response. Texted again the next day to try to get confirmation they were going to show up and again no response. Texted from a different phone number pretending to get a quote and what do you know, he texts back. Thank god they actually showed up, albeit 15 minutes late. I will say they were polite and put our stuff where we told them. However, they damaged TWO of our dressers (took an entire corner off both) and didn't reimburse for either of them. Didn't give a discount, just apologized and charged the full price. Each one of the dressers cost $300.

I've had so many hang-ups about getting the decks cleaned because I have two little dogs and I worried they might be impacted by the chemicals. Nick answered my request and assured me that the chemicals that they use dissipate so they would not harm my dogs. He gave me an appointment for the following week. He and his colleague, Mark, even showed up 10 minutes early to set up. They used a high powered pressure wash system. They were very thorough. They got the decks done in a couple of hours. They weren't cheap but I paid for a high quality thorough job and that's what I got. They were courteous, hardworking, knowledgable, professional and helpful. I would hire them again. Some areas of my deck had darkened over time and they brightened them up. They reminded me to stain/ seal the decks afterwards. Here are some photos of the results. I don't have before and after photos. My decks looked terrible before. Exquisite Exteriors saved them from ruin.
