Please be careful before doing business with this company. The business addresses they provide over the phone are fake pointing to veterinary clinics, law offices, healthcare providers, even a Thai restaurant and a wine distributor. They also gave me a fake name for the company's owner. If you experience similar issues, I strongly encourage you to report them to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. We had our dumpster delivered sooner than we thought we would be able to, and we appreciate the way they accept payment (when the dumpster is in your possession). However, it was odd to not receive a confirmation email, electronic receipt, text or phone call to check in between the time I ordered it and the drop off. I had to call back and make sure it was set to be delivered the following morning, and had to confirm a time. They do give a window for the dumpster drop off, but it arrived right at the beginning. Best part- you don't have to be there when they come to pick it up as long as you've followed their guidelines!

My plow person never showed up at any point during the storm we have had over the past few days and my landlord wouldn't return my calls. Almost 10 inches of snow and sleet and tonight it is supposed to all freeze over. I found NB Snowplowing on yelp, called and he was at my place within 45 minutes, clearing up my driveway. And he was even wonderful enough to shovel my walkway. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend NB Snowplowing and am going to recommend to my landlord that he switch his contracted service next year to them.
