He didn't even do the due diligence to offer me someone to come fix it or other price points and come to find out once I googled how to use my pool heater. It was working just fine. I had already had this company changed my pool filter and converted to saltwater and now I have to wonder if I even needed a new pool pump? The office staff were apologetic however I feel that the technician tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of pools and tried to oversell me a product I did not need.

The delivery persons completely unpacked and put in place, all we had to do was get the electrician to finish hooking it up. Besides being a great looking spa, the jets pressure are amazing. Even though it's just the two of us, this 6 person spa gives us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the different jets. On the day of the appointment and on time, David and his "new hire" assistant arrived and quickly went to work with a myriad of tools and testing equipment. After drilling four small holes in the concrete and carefully listening, they found one leak and found the skimmer had a temporary fix from long ago, which was also leaking. With the leak found, within days Adrian arrived and made the repairs. And those repairs are solid. I went from putting in 100 gallons a day, due to the leak, to not having to put any water in. Imagine the energy savings, as we are on a well and have an R.O. system...which uses a lot of electricity to make the water. Great jobs guys! I have only one negative to report. When the pool light was removed during the inspection, the light bulb broke. Someone, from another company, came the next day to get the light bulb type and number...BUT I haven't seen them since. The pool light is still sitting on the pool deck. I highly recommend Red Rhino to repair pool leaks!
