I went to The Lash having discovered it through a Groupon. The price was amazing, and considering…read morethere was no way I was going to pay full price for someone to apply mealy bug like hairs over my current lashes, I was ready to risk it. You may be thinking if one doesn't have an overactive thyroid or Parkinson's, it's easy enough to purchase fake lashes and glue for a few dollars to add falsies yourself, but when I've had them done professionally they always look nicer. This spa is a little hidden, but is conveniently located off Old Tappan Road. I was a little weary when I first arrived thinking it could possibly be a drug front since there was no obvious store sign AND I did find it on Groupon (always hit or miss), but as soon as I saw the beautifully dressed owner and the elegant interior of the spa, I knew this was a legitimate business. The process took about 45 minutes, and the lashes look almost natural (think Malcolm McDowell in Clockwork Orange). The lashes are still on, but looking a little sparse compared to Malcolm's long, lower lashes (scary looking but he still looked hot!). I was told the lashes would last for two weeks and already I'm on my third Sunday! They aren't as full, but still no mascara needed (usually a necessary yet tedious process every morning...just add it to the list). I highly suggest The Lash, with or without a Groupon. The service was impeccable, and I've been giving Malcolm McDowell a run for his money.
