I did the express facial on my first visit to see what the service was like, and I was ecstatic to find that not only did Nicole customize the treatment based on my skin's tone & texture, she addressed all of my skin issues in ONE visit. Again, not a miracle drug - but for an express facial, with extractions, the 30-min service alone was enough to have me come back as a repeat customer. The initial visit is also wonderful because Nicole ensures you go into the service feeling prepared - I felt I left with more skin knowledge then I had coming in. And I've seen huge results! I also got the brow lamination and brow tinting. I've had the lamination for 3 weeks now and I've gotten so many compliments on the shape of my brow (how uniform and thick they are.) The custom facial was even better - she tailored it to my needs that day. Removed the rest of my milia and focused on the acne and fine lines. In a nutshell - my skin is glowing. With the extractions and removal of milia, my skin looks like it has a bit of a filter on it. My skin feels super clean, hydrated, not tight. Best part is that with the products and methods she used, my rosacea hasn't flared up! Nicole is refreshingly open and collaborative. She cares about your results. She also cares about you as a customer. If you're feeling anxious, she'll ease your fears. I also appreciate that Nicole's prices are fair when compared to other estheticians in the area. The salon is clean and the ladies in the salon are very friendly and do a nice job on both my toes and my fingers! I tend to be pretty picky about how my nails are filed and can't stand it with they aren't uniform. The last regular manicure I had lasted almost a week, which for me was a very long time, as normal polish usually chips. I am happy to have returned!

I came in for the mani/pedi special and asked if I could upgrade to gel nails. Instead of gel nails I received regular polish with a topcoat over it and the tech put me under the uv lamp. My nail beds were hurting, but I had never had "gel" before so thought this is what it was. No! My manicure starting chipping off on the drive home, and was cracked and odd. I called to have them fix it and came back in--the owner wanted to charge me to redo my nails and I told her I shouldn't have to pay again bc it's their error. She began yelling at me and it was very uncomfortable--there were other customers in the salon at the time and looked surprised by how much this woman was yelling. Such unprofessionalism! I ended up having her just take off the polish and left, but not before asking for a refund on the manicure. Forget asking for a refund--I did and the owner threw a fit.. Literally she was in a tantrum over it. There are much better nail places, who don't try to scam customers with cheap practices and cutting corners. Please, stay away!
