Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Purchased a furniture item through their online store option with pick up option. Attempted to reach them via email a few times without response. Sent my husband up to the location to pick up the item since had not heard a response and he showed up when store hours listed as open. It was not open and he attempted to call the store 6 times without anyone answering. He waited to see if they opened later than it stated, and they arrived 40 mins past opening. He had copy of receipt and they were very unkind to him and said the item sold months ago. They also said they talked about that last week once my order came through but I guess chose not to respond to my emails to inform me of this information in fact they told him they have thousands of emails so must not have seen mine. They took no accountability for their mistake and were not nice which is unacceptable considering it was no one's mistake but theirs for listing an item they no longer had, listing it at the incorrect price, for being unresponsive and for falsely advertising hours and products. I would highly recommend seeking an alternate place for your furniture and decor finds. It would have been different had they actually taken responsibility and been nice but being difficult and disrespectful to my husband was uncalled for. read more
