We also appreciated the care with using "booties" that came on and off every single time they had to step in and out of our home. The first time it was middle of winter and several outlets on the same circuit had gone out, they diagnosed and got the problems fixed quickly and spent the rest of the 1 hour min looking at other areas of the house and answering any questions I had, Matt always has good advice. This year I needed an outdoor outlet added outside of a daylight basement. I'd hoped that it could be done cleanly inside and out (without any extra holes, wall plate, raised wiring, etc.) but didn't know if that was possible. Watching them feed wire upward from an inside outlet to a couple feet higher to above the concrete, sneak it outboard to kind of a 2nd wall where Matt had drilled the opening was Amazing! Matt cut out the rectangular opening for the "bubble cover outlet" and caulked around it perfectly, all within an hour.

Mike the the tech showed up, looked at the furnace and said he had to go to his van to get his tools to track down the problem. He was asked here to give me a bid on a NEW furnace NOT to fix the old one. I asked him at what point does the free estimate end and the charges begin. We talked a little more and I told him that I have 4 companies coming out to give me bids for the new furnace and he said "4 bids...you called 4 companies"? I said yes because I wanted to shop for the best price. He again said "4 bids?? Would you go to 4 different doctors to get their opinions too?" I said yes I would. He gave me a nasty look and I said thank you for coming. Goodbye. He left mumbling something and I am sure it wasn't nice what he was mumbling.

After the first visit Drew from serenity air called and discussed with me the features I wanted. Drew gave me options that fit my family. He spent time educating me on several features and upgrades. He gave me very reasonable quotes. They also had great financing options. The process of setting up financing was extremely easy. The install of the new system was smooth all the people working on the system were polite and professional. After install I called serenity air because my furnace was not heating after the temperature dropped to 30 they had a technician out within a few hours and fixed the problem immediately. Later after the install I decided the system was just a little too loud for me. The sound didn't bother anyone else in the house and wasn't extreme. They immediately offered me a solution and came to put a part on it to make the system quieter. Even with me having so many questions and concerns serenity had a very positive and professional attitude.
