Insanely expensive, all for the money. There were multiple occasions where she was pushy and didn't work around her clients at all. The costs include all these "conveniences" like husband and wife massage class. When you're pregnant with your second kid and don't have any help those things are cute but never get used. You pay almost 2k for 10 sessions and little perks. Insanity. She loves to lump "moms" together. "My moms love this, my moms love that..all my moms do this, all my moms have had perfect births" she should know better than anyone that no pregnancy is the same and to not compare. Nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Kseniya! I came to see her late in my second pregnancy from back pain I had that my usual chiropractor wasn't able to resolve. Her appointment was so thorough. Lots of tissue work--which I nearly fell asleep from it was so delightful--and ultimately some of the most effective adjustments I'd ever had. Empowered Mama was recommended to me by the midwife in my OB practice (Lauren Lockwood) to help with my daughters latch and preference to one side. Dr. Gershberg is a godsend. She convinced me to come in for an evaluation late in my pregnancy and was able to help my back and pubis symphysis pain. In addition, she took a look at the prenatal vitamins I was taking and was able to offer tweaks, like increasing vitamin D and omega fatty acids to make sure that I was in optimum health for labor and delivery. When I reached my due date, she taught me some acupressure points to help things along. Around the end of my second trimester my pelvic pain became really severe - to the point where doing daily activities was painful, exercise was off the table and chasing my 2 year old was nearly impossible.
