I had him over at my place the other night, and unbeknownst to me, Michael took it upon himself to steal a personal item of mine that did not belong to him. It's a true slap in the face when you open your doors to someone just for them to have an inside hidden agenda that they were going to steal something from you. He has a nice body, but his dick is literally the size of my pinky finger and has absolutely nothing going for himself. I meant to say if you book a session with him just please don't bring anything with you at all. He may steal it. Things like: headphones, hair clipper set, cologne, anything that is easy to carry in his pockets. Ultimately, I hate that I had to go through this because I genuinely felt that he was a great guy but considering the fact that he lied to me about his actual name was enough for me right there. The trainers all get along with one another and take pride in their environment. They are all self employed so the fees vary depending on the trainer you are using. I love that I never have to worry about my trainer (Anna R) showing up! She is there and smiling and ready. No judgments and taking things at my pace. I have also trained with Nick H. who also was always there, always ready for the next challenge.

The bad - they hired Helen Keller to clean the locker/bathrooms and tanning beds. The tanning beds aré disgusting!! They are dirty and there is hair and smear marks on the inside of them. LFT is where they hold strength training classes using barbell, dumbbells, etc. FLOW is yoga classes under infrared panels. And RED a HIIT training using both cardio equipment and weights. In addition you get unlimited 10 mins of massage chair time. I love the variety of classes and how they build you up. The ease of the app is great where you can sign up for your station or mat space so the there's no fighting for spots or discomfort of overcrowded classes. I do wish their cancellation is more flexible, you have to cancel 12 hours prior to class or get a cancellation fee. No show fee is greater than cancellation fee. I had a cancellation fee because I got the flu the morning of. I wish it was more like other sign-up classes like OTF/other CrossFit gyms where they allowed 2 hours cancelation prior to class without fee. But the cancellation fee is small. The instructors and staff are all knowledgeable and personable. Equipments seems to get fixed quick if there's issues. As someone with asthma, the spaces have great circulation, making it easier to focus on the workouts and not whether I can breathe. I do wish they have quick rinse showers by the whirlpool for those coming out of the sauna and steam room to rinse off before entering the whirlpool. Overall spaces are kept clean and tidy (way better than a couple of gyms I used to be a member of), layout is spacious where it doesn't feel like you're stacked on top of each other, has a good path flow to wander the gym.

They have merch available, along with some lockers and cubbies for your belongings. Prior to the start of the workout, the trainers walk you through all the exercises you will be performing. They have different circuits and today happened to be the more challenging one. This workout included everything from kettle bells to lunges and lots of other challenging moves. The coaches here are wonderful and motivating and kept such a positive attitude with everyone working out. The music during the workout keeps you motivated and ready to keep going.
