Many times my watch shows a decibel level of 97+ decibels. That is not healthy. The cafe there has a motto that says, "if it's here it's healthy". That is not true with the classes because the music is so loud it will damage your hearing and nobody wants that. And nobody wants the instructor to be yelling constantly. That is not motivating. This happens in more than one class with more than one instructor. Not sure what they are thinking.

I haven't been playing USTA tennis in Colorado for very long, but we recently played one of the tennis teams from LT Centennial. One of the things I like most about Colorado is the people and the laid-back and friendly attitudes. The LT team we played against was rude, condescending, lacked ethics, had a superiority complex and frankly were the most unpleasant group of women I have ever been around in the tennis community. I'm surprised that management at LT Centennial isn't trying to change the culture when it comes to their facility, but I'm sure that eventually they'll see it in their bottom line. USTA Ladies, be better.

There's a lot to love about the workout -- it changes each day, takes 45 minutes, and is designed to generate results. This particular location has a really awesome roundup of coaches and good vibes from the members overall which amps up the experience. The days vary in focus, with some catered towards strength, some cardio, and some hybrid. I particularly love the strength days and could feel myself getting stronger week after week. They also have a body scan machine that members have access to at anytime to see how your body is changing and run regular challenges for members to push themselves. Like most gyms nowadays, the unlimited membership is pricey but worth it if you come frequently. They also have other class pass cards (and are on ClassPass) for other options. Overall, I'd recommend trying it out if you're curious!
