I have some special needs when it comes to surgery because of a syndrome I have and the dr and staff made sure I was completely safe during and after my surgery. On June 30th I had a Co2 Fractional Laser. Things started as planned. I read the pros & cons consents.. etc. I remembered Judy telling the Laser tech " go higher around her eyes & upper cheekbone area. So he went from 60 to 90. That struck me as odd considering that this was my first treatment. I figured she knew what she was doing. After the treatment I followed all of the aftercare instructions to the tee!! I was like a damn " vampire"! I started noticing almost immediately these track marks like a waffle iron or grid marks all over my face. Seriously, concentrating on my cheekbones!! Surprise, Surprise! Like a burn!! So, I went back a couple of times not getting anywhere!! Now when I call for an appointment to see just him. I get a phone call from Judy. I feel like my face is worse than before I came to see them!! I've seen 4 plastic surgeons who repeated the same statement " this doesn't look right!" As their eyes are huge!! I can't even leave my house w/ out a full face of makeup!!! The right eye is significantly worse, the incision sits much higher, extends too far laterally, and created an additional fold in the upper-eyelid hood. This has caused unnatural creasing, asymmetry, and daily discomfort. Communication from the office was equally concerning. They delayed my medical-records request, refused to confirm what would be included before requiring payment, and eventually told me they would not continue discussing my case unless I removed my negative reviews. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.
