I tried Renew thanks to the amazing reviews on Yelp. I had a consultation to see what they could do to diminish my melasma and hyperpigmentation. I felt so at ease and felt like Dr. Patel understood the challenges I was having getting rid of my hyperpigmentation (Asian skin can be tricky to treat with lasers and other procedures). I immediately purchased their membership and since then have seen a significant improvement. I love how friendly everyone is there and I have seen both Dr Patel and Dr Desai and both ladies are incredible. I have gotten botox, daxxify, Pico laser, 2 Enlighten Revepeels and am scheduled for micro needing soon. They also have state of the art equipment and all the newest and greatest gadgets and also carry great skincare lines. They also post a lot in Instagram (little informational short videos) and do in-person educational sessions for clients (not just for clients but for anyone who signs up) which is really nice! I also love how they take pictures at every appointment to document progress and take detailed notes in your chart. Ok! So, I was referred here after explaining to my nail tech the lengthy process and billion steps I have taken to get my skin healthy (dermatologist, internal medicine for hormones, estheticians,, holistic Doctors). I was skeptical as previously stated I've tried everything... so here I go again making another appointment for a consultation (at this point I'm ready for an entire face transplant lol). I was immediately impressed with the relationship of Dr.Desai and Dr. Patel. Immediately they make you feel in the most professional way of just meeting up with a longtime friend. Super easy to let your guard down due to the genuine personalities of both Doctors. Very transparent with the procedures success rate, also non conventional treatments and the inclusion on different routes to take to accomplish the outcome desired. I have now visited 3 times. Although there has not been much change in my skin, this does not stop the Doctors confident approach. Switching up the different breaking edge technology they are not afraid to use everything the office has at their finger tips. I truly feel great and this Duo definitely delivers the wow factor! My first visit was in January a couple of days before birthday number 52 and I had been feeling down. Not about my age, but about how my face looked droopy, sad and haggard. Dr. Patel knew I needed a pick me up so I had cheek fillers and lip filler. I looked in the mirror and couldn't believe how amazing I suddenly looked. Dr. Patel explained to me that due to my age and age related volume loss in my face I would be a really good candidate for Sculptra which is longer lasting than fillers. I came back a couple of weeks later to begin my treatment plan as laid out by Dr. Patel. I cannot even put into words how good I feel. I look like myself but refreshed and much younger. She explains every step of the way so much so that I have never had any real questions for her. I should explain that prior to becoming her patient I had never had anything done to my face and I had zero knowledge about fillers etc, and like many others, had no idea that it takes time and patience to achieve a flawless and natural look. Stop messing around with people who don't specialize in Hormones/weightloss because your wasting your time and money! Jaime (FNP) at Renew Wellness Center is an expert who specializes in Hormones, weightloss and IV therapy...she knows her stuff. Her background and experience are top notch. Do not waste your time with gimmicks, crazy programs or diet pills. This is not hard but you will need little patience and allow whatever is unbalanced to be corrected. Jaime explains everything and you can see that every little thing that she suspects to happen will indeed happen. So take her advice and don't rush it. Everyone is different... and in my case both my thyroid/hormones were off. I felt like I was 90 in my forty's! My health has been restored, and I feel 10 years younger! I lost over 30lbs in close to 4 months and I feel fantastic! I honestly stopped weighing, it's never been about a number but more how I feel. Feeling horrible was what I wanted to change and my main concern. Thanks to Jaime and her infinite knowledge I feel better! If your not booking an appointment to see her you're missing out. I don't even know where to start! I found Renew laser and Skin from google looking to start with a tattoo removal i had a bad experience from a recent tattoo removal place. Dr. Patel made me feel comfortable & very relaxed through the hole procedure. I then had interest in getting lip fillers. She once again made me feel extremely at ease. The pain was there but not there. I'm three days in & im obsessing over my lips every day the more the swelling goes down the more I'm seeing how natural it is. Dr. Patel is amazing. I had an issue a while back and was able to call her at midnight on a saturday and she returned my call right away. She spent her time talking to me and put me at ease (the issue ended up being something not related to getting laser). She really went above and beyond that time. While I think individuals that work at this establishment are very competent in the services that they provide I have to question their credibility when they cannot process a simple refund. Trip 1- I had to exchange the cream because the one that I ordered was not the one they put in the bag Trip 2 - I decided to return the cream when I found the price on Amazon for $69 whereas they had charged $140. Michelle at the front processes a refund or what I thought at the time to be a refund but instead she charges my card another $140 Trip 3 - I am annoyed but still have faith that they can handle it this time around but of course the front desk manager also messed up processing a simple refund of $280. She is apologetic but then justifies actions by saying they have a no refund policy. It has been a week since the transaction and no refund has been applied to my credit card. I don't know how this business can survive with the experts they currently have employed. Moreover, their prices on cosmetics are at least hundred percent higher then what the prices listed on Amazon.com. They hide behind their no refund policy and make you sign a waiver to protect them but in my opinion it's just making up for the poor customer service they offer. read more

Love this place! Dr. Desai is great at Botox and fillers, the carry Obagi clear and Selena is super helpful at the desk. Prices are very competitive. Usually in and out, although parking can be hit or miss. They do have valet which is awesome. Five stars. Still coming to Dr. Desai and she is great-always keeps me looking natural and refreshed (and I love that).
