First thing is first - to make an appointment, you're going to have to do that online. You can probably do it via phone, but the website was so much faster and it was very user friendly. They provide descriptions of all their employees and what work they do. At Remedy Spa, they offer facials, massages, yoga classes, and even a boutique to buy clothes from. They do A LOT, which is a bit scary as usually one service or another suffers but not the case here. I initially went in for a facial with Frankie and it rejuvenated my skin, so I said why not get a massage? Went back weeks later and got a relaxation message with Frankie. I nearly fell asleep both times. Heavily enjoyed myself. I do think next time I'm going to have to get a deep-tissue massage though. I've been having so much stress in my life lately that I have many knots, and well, it's time to kick it up a notch. I do have to say I will return for sure, I'm just not sure when. More than a month later, I received a bill in the mail from their parent company for almost $150 with no explanation of services. I called their office to inquire and they're claiming this is the balance of what I owe for the massage. This would be the most expensive massage I've ever had and the lowest quality by far. Based on their questionable business practices, I will not be returning to Body Wisdom and plan to notify my insurance company of the poor service.
