We were VERY pleased with the job and the professional service. Connie and Sage were very prompt with emails and phone calls, making coordination of estimate and ultimately the job, a breeze. First time I called, I had to leave a voicemail. After a couple hours and no return call, I called back. Connie answered and was able to fit us in same day, which was awesome! The technician that came out, called me before heading over and it happened to be earlier than the estimated time, another nice surprise. He and another technician/trainee did a check of our system to see if there was anything wrong. He discussed all of the technical stuff with my husband and told us our system was overheating and thus short cycling. Gave us recommendations to minimize it from reoccurring, like maintaining both floors at same temp. Mentioned his relative had same issues who lives in the same community because of the way the houses were built. Will see if their recommendations help but really appreciated the quick scheduling and friendly service visit.

However, for something outside of my scope, I have to rely on the responsiveness of vendors. Often, this is a frustrating experience since sometime vendors just cont answer calls or texts or won't reply at all. Battleborn Vents exceeded my expectations! Of the 3 dryer vent cleaning companies I called, not only did BBV *answer*, then call me back asap, but even was able to squeeze in a service in between calls! Imagine a new rental with so much hair in the vents it was very nearly a fire hazard, and 1 company didn't respond/answer at all and another was over 2 weeks out - ma'am, the place would be ashes by then! If you need vents wept clean don't want to get blown off, call Battleborn Vents! Professional, prompt and at a very reasonable rate for an urgent service call they went out of their way to accommodate - that's service worth a shout out! Look at my photos! Results are clear and so is the dryer vent!!

    I want to thank technician, Chris Godwin, for helping us resolve our AC problem involving the NEST…read morethermostat. I mentioned to Chris that something went awry after we tried to secure the cover of the Nest thermostat (it was loose from the wall). The AC had worked before but after doing something with the cover, the AC stopped working. Chris quickly found the problem (a fuse had blown out). Chris was very professional, gave me some ideas on a Honeywell thermostat (we're not BIG fans of the new NEST thermostat), showed me how to read the error codes on our furnace (watch the number of red light flashes and compare it to the brochure left with the furnace). It was easy, peasy, even someone like me who has no HVAC experience could do this. I can't thank Chris enough for his great personality, true professionalism, answered my questions, taught me a few things (learning something new is always good) and even loved on my 2 labs (turns out we both love animals). Thank you, Chris! You're the absolute best! Sierra Air is *very* lucky to have you on their staff.

    Corruption at it's finest. I have part of their home program for years paying faithfully. They came…read moreout for a routine AC review and I didn't buy an upgrade they wanted (unit is 6 years old). They then would not certify that my AC unit was working correctly. Within an hour of departure the unit stopped working. They sent same man back that evening, he got it to work then an hour later, no longer working. Next they sent someone else out who said it just had to be our breaker which I doubted. Still I updated new breaker and the AC unit stopped working again. I have asked to speak to manager. The operator takes my messages and I have never received a returned calls, two weeks later still no call. They were suppose to send out an emergency tech. No one has showed up. Called and couldn't get any response other than the woman who answer phone. What a joke. **Update** I am revising my score. I finally received a phone call this morning to discuss my situation and we agreed on the next steps. They were very apologetic but its sad it had to come to this to get a response.
