Service was quick and I was in and out. The nurse was good at her job. My only complaint is that it's in the basement of a big building and there is no cell reception ( not their fault) but they have an online check in when you get there. that I was unable to use because of no service. I have never sat more than 10 minutes in the waiting room and 2 of the 3 phlebotomists I have seen there are exceptionally skilled at dealing with my tiny veins which are difficult for some to access.
