They explained everything to me beforehand so I knew exactly what to expect when I got to my appointment. Everyone that was working was kind and knowledgeable. I put it on my credit card because I don't have the money laying around. No one ever called to tell me how much it was going to cost. Half a dozen email & text reminder of the appointment NO mention of the cost. I go in for the scan and am asked if they are scanning my neck, no see my face! Diagnosis says swollen face. 02 days later I get the "results". The impression was basically inconclusive, the CT should be repeated with contrast. I had to reschedule an annual mammogram and their scheduler moved my appointment to this location as it had availability sooner than the E.G. location I have been to in the past. This location is probably about the same distance from home, and could be a bit easier to get into/out of the parking lot. I gave my cell phone number when I made the appointment and they sent me a reminder text 3 days before the appointment. A couple of hours before the appointment, I received a text with a link to check in when I arrived in their parking lot. After answering a couple of questions in the link and submitting the check-in I received a phone call in about one minute, from the receptionist. She verified my info and told me to come on in. Once inside there were three receptionists on duty and two people in the waiting area. Hand sanitizer is available near the door. Face coverings are still required. One of the receptionists opened their window and greeted me. I handed over my ID and insurance card, she gave me a form to complete and I had a seat to wait my turn, which only took a few minutes. This RIMI has been here for a couple decades (?) or so and in pretty good shape, but not as swanky as their E.G. mammogram location where I usually go. I was brought to a changing room and given a basic hospital gown to change into. Also less swanky than the E.G. location which has nice soft short robes (or did last time I went) These changing rooms are large and include a long bench along one side, a seat like those in the waiting room and one hook to hang your clothes. They do have lockers for your belongings, but during this visit, I was instructed to just leave my belongings in the changing room. The tech who performed the test was professional and friendly. She verified she had the correct patient and went about her business carefully and skillfully talking me through it as, in her words, every tech has their own style but the end result is the same. The exam only takes a few minutes and before I knew it I was changed back into my street clothes and on my way. Hand sanitizer if located by the exit leading back into the waiting room. The business has a private parking lot, the waiting area is large with well spaced seating, clean and tidy. The staff I came into contact with, both on the phone and in person were all professional and friendly. I did miss the nice touches of the E.G. office (soft music, water feature, cozy robe). Made an appt for an ultrasound. Receptionist was very pleasant and thorough, covering the prep I needed to do and answering my questions. Appt was set that same week. Went for the appt, office was crowded but taken on time. Technician explained the overall procedure and answered my few questions. Took my mom for a chest xray. She was brought into the room where they take the x-rays. No changing room or gown given beforehand. She had to remove her bra from under top in front of the technician. The technician positioned my mom for a lateral view. Technician had my mom hold a pole w/both arms that had been placed in front of her. It was obvious the position of her arms were blocking her chest. When the technician took the image and it came up on the screen behind her, it looked like it was sideways (like my mom was laying down) and it looked muddled. When the results were emailed, it said the lateral view was limited because of positioning. So does that mean it was unreadable b/c the technician didn't position my mom properly or she didn't take the x-ray correctly? Yet, they'll bill her insurance for it even though the radiologist who evaluated it couldn't use it. read more

They have a great staff and accurate reporting but - Whenever I have to get a scan or mri my phone will ring at 6 pm. It is a recording telling me to call the office during business hours to make an appointment. Why can't they just call me and make the appointment. I find this tactic just annoying - get your act together RIMI RAD. I know its easy to hide behind the computer and let them do the work for you but how about trying it a different way. Call us and just make the appoint for god sakes..... You're really good at what you do but then failing big time on the most important aspect of your business - the customer experience. read more
